I've made a withdrawal on 30.08
My withdrawal was accepted at 03.09
Till know I could not get any information from financial department.
Yesterday on live chat I've get information that money has been sent (skrill)
I know that skrill is going on real time so I ask about transaction number to make complain on skrill but they say that the could not give me such information.
On live chat I've get different information every time I am asking.
According to casino policy the withdrawal should take to 5 business days.
I'm very upset with contact with financial department and no clear information
