Casino Jefe - Does not enforce Responsible Gambling

I would be the first to admit I have a problem with gambling, and use deposit limits to ensure that the casino remains fun.

I set a limit at almost every casino I just play on. I had my account at Jefe closed for a period of time, and recently reopened it.

Having played for a few hundred euros of losses, and these are fair losses, I went to my responsible gambling page to see if I was close to my deposit limit. To my shock, the limit was set at 20€. However, I was allowed to deposit far more than this (see image).


How is this possible?

I spoke to support through email and informed them, and they replied that I have no deposit limit set and the 20€ that’s showing on their website is from another website entirely.

So I have to question:

  1. Why does jefe show a deposit limit and not enforce it?
  2. Why does jefe take the deposit limit from an entirely different website and display it as a populated field under “responsible gaming”?

I am fairly certainly I had a deposit limit set. However, I can’t prove this beyond what shows in my account.

I think this is highly unethical. The response from support is:

No limit has been active in your CasinoJefe account since April 2022. The limit visible to you is from our sister casino LuckyDino where you have set 20€ per month deposit limit 28.9.2022.

You have not asked for a limit in CasinoJefe and as per our terms & conditions and responsible gaming policy this matter is resolved.

But this does not explain why my jefe account shows a limit?

I think this needs to be looked into because a lot of people who depend on responsible gambling tools may be victim. I was able to deposit 1410€ over my limit.

Dear Ask Gamblers, before one month I discovered Casino Jefe on your site because it had great grades and reviews and also accept players from Croatia. I was so happy because I thought they were honest and real casino as they are represent here. I played some slots and won some money (2481 E), but when I made my withdraw and sent them documents problem started. First they started with the protraction of proceeding, I had a couple of times to report support on live chat but they also but they did not know what was going on, even in my last conversation they promised to me payment on their own. But then I got mail from them wherein said that my account is blocked and conquered money confiscated because I am in group with 10+ people. You can only imagine my shock and disappointment! I played always on my own, on my own computer in my own house, all alone. I even don't know anyone who play online casinos, especially Casino Jefe (?!). I ask live support for more informations and proofs, but he distanced himself, of course, and tell me to send email. I do like he/she said, I wrote mail to Casino Jefe in which I ask for more informations about my case and for proofs, of course. Today I got mail in which they refuse give me details and proofs and names (or whatever) of these 10+ people. I can prove my identity and innocence in this case on any way, with any document . Casino Jefe is really great casino. A lot of promos, many deposit methods, fast account verification and really fast withdrawal times. Many different game providers. All works so well with this casino.

To be honest, really can't find bad word about them. Maybe one small thing is that on mobile site works a bit slow sometimes. But when you play, you can't see that anymore.

Very Fast Verification. Withdrawal within 24 hours (around 3000Eu via Credit card) (+1 or 2 Days bank processing obviously)
Polite Live support.
Other people saying something about instable connections of some games. I did not experience something like that. All was stable and fine for me.

Missing some Gaming Providers like Gamomat.
Self limitation or Excluding not really possible without asking support, which is dangerous for people with gambling problems!

So far so good. The design is lovely and it's easy to navigate. Love the wager free free spins and their bonus package. Also the support was super fast and polite. I only played a couple of times at Jefe but definitely will do that again.

Various withdrawal methods

I played a lot on Casinojefe, there could be more casino games. I was not able to play Microgames the first 3 month. PlayNGo Slots are broke down nearly all 2-3min. Iggdrasil slot have connection problems, a spin took about 5 seconds. So I mostly played Netent.

When I made a withdrawal ( low amount ) it takes only about minutes to 1hour. When I made a withrawal over 1000€ it takes mostly more than 12h.

They have no Deposit limit to set on your own, no loss limit ect, you can only make a cooldown break, but your are not able to close your account.

I clearly lost my gambling control after a half year gambling on casinojefe, lost a lot of money.
When I ask about a bonus via live chat often, they were only absolutely rude and act like i'm stupid after loss some Thousand's €

Please Stay away from casino jefe and Luckydino!

Various withdrawal methods, various deposit methods and ease of depositing money

I recommend everyone to stay far away from Jefe casino and associated sister casino. Bad bonus system and very rude customer support. On several occasions they removed my opportunity to communicate via chat during gambling. They simply removed the chat button from my account. This might be a cruel technique used to let the players lose the opportunity to get help through chat when needed the most, and to facilitate the loosing. By removing the chat button, the player is left alone to continue losing house, car, family. Stay far away from Jefe and sister casino for all future.

The range of games is quite poor and cheap in comparison to most other casinos today. Often, I experienced sluggish and disconnection of games that broke my evening, but the most irritating was the customer supports lack of understanding and kindness

Here is the kicker:
When you win “big” (6 000 Euro)
They say withdrawal takes longer time due to the big cash out.
They have a limit of 20 k Euro per month and when I try to withdraw less then the max limit I don’t get it....

So be careful if you are a big player like me, if you win they will tell you it’s “technical issues” then they told me it’s because of the big withdrawal. I got proof of that/screenshot of the chat with support if you want me to upload it

Just joined and got my 11 free spins thought I'd use them before I deposit 3 hours later I've got over a 1000 euro 1166 to be precise. Contacted support and was chatting in under a minute was told I need to verify my identity which I will do. Was told only max 500 for no deposit bonuses can be withdrawn I'm fine with that I will keep you posted on the outcome.
