Where do I start.....

On the 18th of October, I set up an account with Casino Cruise.

I was not allowed to deposit due to documentation. I kindly sent all my documents, UK driver's license, Bank statement.

Had the confirmation back saying everything was fine on the 19th of Oct.

I then deposited then around £450 pounds and won £800 pounds. The withdrawal was 72 hours to review, which was fine. This then went over the allocated time frame, then I pushed customer service, within minutes I was asked to send a selfie with my driver's license, which I kindly did.

My account then was blocked I could not log in, they then advised I had a self-exclusion ban... I actually had that removed and kindly sent the certification from GamStop.

I still have not received any withdrawal from them, I continue to get the same email.

I have lost the will to live on this, no casino can justify months of waiting and saying I am a top priority.

I was very excited when I saw this casino on AskGamblers, because it has a lot of games from different providers and also a good welcome offer with 150% bonus and 100 free spins for the first deposit!

I created my account, I went to the promotions tab and I read the terms and conditions of this welcome bonus! I am from Romania and I am not allowed to take this bonus or any other bonus at this casino because my country is on the restricted countries list! I decided to make a 20 euro deposit and to try Microgaming games, maybe I will manage to win something and to have fun. I saw that they have a lot of payment options available but most of them are unknown for me and I used Skrill to make the deposit.

With 20 euro in my account and no wagering requirements to complete, I opened The Finer Reels of Life slot and I started to spin. The game seemed to have a decent payout rate at the beginning, I managed to catch the 3 stars and I received 10 free spins with 5 x multiplier but I won only 7 euro from this feature! Hmmm I'm a new player at Casino Cruise. So far so good. I was able to successfully cash out, I got a fast response when I had some trouble regarding the downloading of the software. Lately there are so many Netent casinos on Net and from all the bonuses they are giving it’s really hard to choose where you an play. Hello to AskGamblers.com community! This is going to be my review about Cruise Casino, which I have mainly chosen to play because of my two favorite software’s Microgaming and NetEnt although in this casino there are couple of more software’s there besides the two main I mentioned.

So as I loaded the page I have to say that it looks really appealing and absolutely amazing, I love it. After signing up to this casino I went straight to make a deposit of 20$ via Neteller. Also I didn't take any welcome bonus for my first deposit or anything for that matter, although I looked that they have it, but mostly you will benefit from it if you make a subsequently higher deposit than I did, so yea after this I went to see what was I actually going to play. There was a lot to choose from, since the game selection was pretty vast. So instead of playing some usual slots that I do, I played one of their newer game called Merlin's Magic Respins. This game is packed with a lot of features; Merlin which is a wild symbol that appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 except during wild respins where he appears on all reels. This wild feature helped a lot to boost my balance, but sometimes as it is easy to appear all nicely stacked it sometimes isn't the case and not to get started on the scatter symbol I played a good hour and still I didn’t manage to trigger it. After another 30 minutes of playing the only thing that prevented me from hitting 0 on my balance was those stacked wilds, but even they couldn't help me because after total of 2 hours my balance hit 0.

Overall I had some fun in the casino but I have to say that it takes a lot to load games, really a lot which I didn't like, but it is not so bad considering the other good thing that this casino provides. So 8/10 from me.

Has a lot of faith in this group Oddsmatrix and they have some of the best casinos in the gaming world today. Cruise is one of those casinos and I became a part of this casino simply because of the name Oddsmatrix because their other casinos have always given me some good winnings and they do not have a lot of complaints against them about any type what so ever.

All the games come in instant play mode as there is no download app of this casino. They have a lot of software's providing them with the games and I think this is one of the largest collection of games I have seen. I created an account here just a couple of days ago and this casino is very new. I start with the Startburst and get some good features and here it took my balance to around 60 but no super combo and I do not know when I will hit that feature in my life. Apart from this one my best was wish master and I like this game a lot. And here I only get the K combination again and again. Table games I played hold em and beat me and I played beat me for the first time and really liked this game. No sick variance and good return to the players. But my best winnings on this casino were from the classic slots and Mega Joker and Jingle Bells were very nice games and I loved them. Before this casino I never used to play classic slots in Netent but this time I was in a good mood and was wining mostly so I explored everything except for video poker which I do not really like.

I took out 2 withdrawals from this casino and got it in 2 days and I think this casino is an 8 for me and would love some good games in the future and would not hesitate to game in future. Thanks

Hello, AskGamblers. Last week I came across Casino Cruise and I was pretty interested in it. First, because it's provided by Netent, Microgaming and few others, secondly, because it's named as "top casinos in your country" and thirdly, because I liked the theme of casino on a cruise, so I decided to sign up and make a deposit.

The sign up was very fast and I used instant play option, and that's a good thing. Then I contacted the live chat to ask about their deposit and withdrawal minimums. The support was very nice and answered to all my questions. Then I went to cashier and made a 20eur deposit. Halloween is coming, so this time I wanted to play some horror related slots. My decision was Frankenstein. I really liked the design of it, it was simple but great. I placed 0.20eur per spin but I don't know if the luck just wasn't with me, but I couldn't win anything. After 30 minutes of playing, I got a 10 eur loss.

So with the rest of my balance I went to Wild Blood sot, which is a bloody 15 payline slot. I placed 0.30 bets per spin and after 15 minutes my balance increased for 4 euros, because most of the spins gave me my bets value or a bit more. But maybe it's just beginners luck, because keeping it played with this bet almost got rid of all my balance.

With last few euros I went to Immortal Romance slot, which I know is a few fellow AskGamblers favorite game. I like it a lot too, I like vampire theme games. So I placed 0.30 bets per spin, and I think I didn't have enough balance to hit my bg win with it, because sometimes it may take a lot of time and lots of empty spins to get something great, but this time I couldn't do it and got bust with all my dead spins. Overall I was very pleased with the variety of games they have and the support was great as well and I might consider making another deposit there.

Unfortunately on the flash play games take forever to load and that was upsetting.
