Not a lot joined this evening. 4 hours playing slots enjoyable, then boom right at the start of a bonus feature logged out and told I had been self excluded because every matrix the group this casino belongs to ( who I have never heard of) own a casino I self excluded from some time ago. A confusing email from every matrix. I have emailed every matrix to try and get my funds over £90 ,no reply. Casino cruise say nothing to do with them.
