On joining tried to deposit when an error code appeared. Chatted with Tim in live chat about it, he couldn't explain it and said it would be investigated and they would get back to me shortly, 2 days later still hadn't heard anything, so again went on live chat, was told it was still being looked into. I decided at this point to just close my account as I felt if it takes this long to look at a deposit how long would it take if there was a problem with a withdrawal.
As of time of writing they have frozen my account but still not closed, and was told the relevant department will e-mail me when it is closed. Still not had any communication on any of above issues going on for 5 days
