I started good with few losses, duh, then couple wins. The verification process was reasonably acceptable in the manner of timing and my withdrawal was approved instantly. By the next day I received my winnings. Good for me.
With the pandemic and all with nothing much to do, I made a few deposits with no luck at all, true story.
I decided to deposit via Ecopayz but not before reading the terms and conditions which is very basic. My deposit went through and started to play. I got a few good wins so I decided to quit while ahead. My withdrawal via interac was canceled because it must be processed to the same method of deposit. It was not mentioned in the terms and conditions. The lovely live chat agent couldn’t find the article which indicate such a rule, but said it’s general rule. No worries I made things right and requested a withdrawal to my ecopayz account considering the fact that it says pending time is one hour for W-Wallet.
My ecopayz account was approved, but the payment is still pending. Let’s just say since I made the request I watched season one and season two of Ozark and my payment is still pending. So much for one hour pending time. The agony.

Betsedge casino is a casino I have had my eyes on for a several weeks. I had noticed them first when they got added to Askgamblers and wanted to explore them as they intrigued me. They are powered by a range of good game providers such as Netent, Play'n Go, Microgaming and others and offer a very nice welcome bonus package. About two weeks I remembered of them and decided to finally sign up.
However, it wasn't as easy as I hoped it would be. I tried to sign up but the page would just load and wouldn't get any further. I wasn't getting any error message but I would just get stuck there. I tried from several browsers, cleared cache but nothing worked. Then I decided to contact support. Luckily enough the live chat was available and an agent was with me after a few minutes of waiting time. I asked them if they accepted players from my country and I was told that they do. I explained my problem and the support said there shouldn't be any issues and to try again a bit later, clear cache etc. It didn't work that day.
I tried again a few days later and finally succeeded. It was strange though as they are a part of Direx NV brands and I never experience sign up issues with their brands. I ended up making a deposit of 30eur and claiming their welcome bonus. Played a couple of my favorite games and had a few hour long session. Unfortunately I didn't manage to meet the wagering and eventually lost.
All in all except for the technical issues at first, I had a good time at Betsedge casino. The bonus wagering is player friendly, game selection is wide, support is friendly and professional and games run smoothly. I'm looking forward to claim the next welcome bonus and probably the entire welcome bonus package.
I've tried to access their site but can't see any games anymore, I'm not sure if it's a technical issue that I'm only now experiencing or if more players are having the same problem, so for now I won't be continuing depositing there.
