I made my first 2 deposits, as the screenshot shows I received only 111% + 20 free spins on the first deposit, and 66% on the second deposit + 33 free spins. In the other screesnhot I highlight in red the terms of the bonus which included 3 other packages of 20 free spins per day, plus 2 packages of 33 free spins per day, however I have not received this. Also in the other screenshoot I show my deposits and bonuses received. The chat for 8 days has been repeating the same things, which have technical problems! I wonder how a casino with such a high and disproportionate score can adopt these behaviors. Please give me my bonus.

can you explain in more detail how a player refuses free spins without them being credited to the game account as the games have been offline for 12 days? The truth is that you lie knowing that you are lying. Rather I deposited € 40 because when I discovered the site the games were available and promoted the welcome bonus, without the welcome bonus I would not have deposited here. So today I enter the site and still the inaccessible games, with the free spins credited, but which expire at the end of January, running the risk of losing them. Pending deposit of $30 CAD

I deposited $30 CAD on Oct. 23, 2021 at 0030 CST via interac e-transfer (Gigadat). This deposit method is instant but shows as pending in my transaction history (casino).

I messaged through the support form on the website asking why it was pending with no response. I checked again at 0830 CST it was still pending. I messaged again through the website. I then emailed Gigadat asking if my deposit was recieved by BetsEdge Casino. They confirmed that it was received and gave me the transaction number so I could follow up with the casino.

I emailed BetsEdge attaching my confirmation email that the deposit was successful, the email I received from Gidagat and my bank confirmation of the e-transfer. I still haven't heard anything from them.

I keep checking periodically hoping that my deposit would be confirmed but it still shows as pending. Can you please help me get through to support and get my deposit into my casino balance or a refund? There was also a bonus I claimed promo code 'LUCK'. It was deposit $30 CAD and receive 100 free spins.
