After making payout they blocked my account and confiscated my winnings

After maiking payout, Betsedge block my account and confiscate my winnings without any reason. After that i realize that they block me on entire direx group without telling me why. I have accounts in most of them casino sites for few years and i'm depositor in most of them. They confiscate 180 eur and there was 100 eur my deposit in this amount.

Pending deposit of $30 CAD

I deposited $30 CAD on Oct. 23, 2021 at 0030 CST via interac e-transfer (Gigadat). This deposit method is instant but shows as pending in my transaction history (casino).

I messaged through the support form on the website asking why it was pending with no response. I checked again at 0830 CST it was still pending. I messaged again through the website. I then emailed Gigadat asking if my deposit was recieved by BetsEdge Casino. They confirmed that it was received and gave me the transaction number so I could follow up with the casino.

I emailed BetsEdge attaching my confirmation email that the deposit was successful, the email I received from Gidagat and my bank confirmation of the e-transfer. I still haven't heard anything from them.

I keep checking periodically hoping that my deposit would be confirmed but it still shows as pending. Can you please help me get through to support and get my deposit into my casino balance or a refund? There was also a bonus I claimed promo code 'LUCK'. It was deposit $30 CAD and receive 100 free spins.

Bonus not issued

I received a promotional email from this casino. For a deposit of 750 rubles, I should have been given 200 free spins under the promo code "10". After making a deposit with this promo code, I have not received any free spins. I wrote this casino to technical support by mail, they ignore me. I ask you to deal with this problem and issue my free spins, or add this casino to the black list due to the insolvency of problems and total ignorance of both players and you. Screenshots with a promotional letter and a deposit are attached.

Can not see casino games or play any of them

I had an account self excluded & that expired yesterday. I went to make a deposit, got the bonus, no issues there.
The issue is that I can not play any games as the website seems to have a malfunction. Somebody in their review also mentions this.. from February 29th.

No games are visible, the chat is in Russian or something like that so I can't go on there. I attached a screenshot of what it looks like for me. I have tried other devices such as phone, tablet & from a separate IP address.

I sent them a query through their site 24 hours ago w/ no reply. I submitted this complaint upon seeing the same issue mentioned in the review by "Blondie".

Welcome bonus not given

I made my first 2 deposits, as the screenshot shows I received only 111% + 20 free spins on the first deposit, and 66% on the second deposit + 33 free spins. In the other screesnhot I highlight in red the terms of the bonus which included 3 other packages of 20 free spins per day, plus 2 packages of 33 free spins per day, however I have not received this. Also in the other screenshoot I show my deposits and bonuses received. The chat for 8 days has been repeating the same things, which have technical problems! I wonder how a casino with such a high and disproportionate score can adopt these behaviors. Please give me my bonus.

I did deposit 60 euro and got 1.deposit bonus + 60 euros 10.1.2020.
When I wagered bonus, i had 780 euros in my balance.
I sent all my docs, and my account was verified.
I put my winning 780 euros to withdrawal. In casino profile fast payouts. But it is not true.
they dont pay winnings 2 days. and cant say why they delay my withdrawal

8000 euros delayed payment

Hi,Askgamblers and Betsedge.
I joined Betsedge few months ago. Deposited more than 20000 euros, not luck. Vip manager was nice offered me many vip deposit bonus. Until lately my luck comes back, won bit .
My last deposit 1000 euros without any bonus, I bet 20 euros per round won about 7600 euros , made withdrawals request, support told me need to wager X3 times of deposit amount, so I canceled withdrawal and continue wagered more than three time and won up to 8000 euros.
Made withdrawals requests.
As terms withdrawal approved within 24 hours. Now my withdrawals have been pending 2 days. Vii manager also hasn’t replied me at all.
I don’t think there is any reason casino can keep my winnings.
Hope askgamblers helps me get my winnings.

BetsEdge Casino - Delayed payout 10000 usd

After double verification and giving all needed docs that was approved my payout in pending status is more than 5 days. Casino support is tells just that my payment in another department. That they sorry. And ask to wait. Am afraid that I will not receive winnings. On their site written slogan that they have lightning fast payouts. I think they should change it .
