Pending deposit of $30 CAD


I deposited $30 CAD on Oct. 23, 2021 at 0030 CST via interac e-transfer (Gigadat). This deposit method is instant but shows as pending in my transaction history (casino).

I messaged through the support form on the website asking why it was pending with no response. I checked again at 0830 CST it was still pending. I messaged again through the website. I then emailed Gigadat asking if my deposit was recieved by BetsEdge Casino. They confirmed that it was received and gave me the transaction number so I could follow up with the casino.

I emailed BetsEdge attaching my confirmation email that the deposit was successful, the email I received from Gidagat and my bank confirmation of the e-transfer. I still haven't heard anything from them.

I keep checking periodically hoping that my deposit would be confirmed but it still shows as pending. Can you please help me get through to support and get my deposit into my casino balance or a refund? There was also a bonus I claimed promo code 'LUCK'. It was deposit $30 CAD and receive 100 free spins.
