I received a promotional email from this casino. For a deposit of 750 rubles, I should have been given 200 free spins under the promo code "10". After making a deposit with this promo code, I have not received any free spins. I wrote this casino to technical support by mail, they ignore me. I ask you to deal with this problem and issue my free spins, or add this casino to the black list due to the insolvency of problems and total ignorance of both players and you. Screenshots with a promotional letter and a deposit are attached.

That being said: You opened up several accounts on betsedge.com and managed to receive bonuses or welcome bonuses on both of them. Your accounts do not qualify anymore for bonuses and incentives of any kind which explains why you did not receive the promotional offer.

On your resource I have 1 account, as well as an account for my girlfriend, on which she played herself and had nothing to do with my account, including the address of residence, last name and other data, we also play from different devices always. The casino simply saw my girlfriend's mail on the screenshot, and decided that I was playing from several accounts, however, since we have been living together recently, she has access to a computer and checks her mail from my PC. Your accusations are complete nonsense, you would not send me promotions if I was seen using multiple accounts. I demand that this institution be blacklisted for defamation and refusal of the bonus.
