Betchaser Casino - withdrawal bounced back from the bank and they are refusing to chase this up
Dear Ask Gamblers,

I have had an issue with BetChaser which has gone on since 15th October.

My withdrawal was processed on 15th October, and the casino have provided a screenshot of this transaction. I didn't receive it, so I chased this up with my bank who tell me that the payment wasn't accepted because it was sent with MoneySend. As far as I know, this is a Mastercard facility.

The bank sent the money back to BetChaser, and provided me with the tracking number for that (available on request). I have provided Betchaser with bank statements from 1st October until 17th November which shows that the payment didn't arrive in my bank account.

This has turned into an absolute catastrophe with the bank telling me that the funds were sent back to the casino, and the casino saying they never received the payment sent back to them. The casino are refusing to chase this up with their bank, and provide their bank with the appropriate reference number.

As a result, I am now €900 out of pocket, because the casino are unable to find this returned payment.

It should not be my responsibility, the consumer, to sort these technical problems. I am having to make phonecalls and numerous emails to the bank/casino to find these funds and the casino seems to be at fault here.

It is now 1st December and of course the funds have not arrived yet.

I have attached a private file showing what Betchaser have last said. Again, they are sending a screenshot of the payment made to my account. Frustratingly, this is not even what I am disputing. I know the payment was sent to my account because my bank have told me they can see it coming in, but then it bounced back to the casino. The casino are failing to understand this matter, and instead keep telling me the payment was processed, and their responsibility in the matter is over.

I am now without my withdrawal, and I need the casino to please sort this issue properly

Betchaser Casino - Giving me the runaround with payments
On February 19th I won €4,359.8 at Betchaser Casino. I originally deposited with BTC. After winning they asked me for some documents for me to verify my account. My account was verified and I tried to withdraw. This is when the problems start.

Betchaser tells me that in order to receive payment I must use Ecopayz. They told me that if I did this instead of the lower limits they would allow me to withdraw all my winnings at once. This is a very strange request. I never deposited at Betchaser with Ecopayz and did not have an account there. I complied with Betchaser and setup an Ecopayz. Betchaser did not keep to their word. Instead they only sent €1,000 to my Ecopayz.

I then tried to withdraw the rest of my funds again to Ecopayz. Many days pass and the withdrawal keeps being cancelled. Live chat just keeps saying they will be in contact. One day when I am trying live chat again they tell me that I must submit another document. I was never emailed asking for this document and had to find out from live chat. I submitted the document and live chat verified it and assured me that I would now be paid. Days pass and the withdrawal is cancelled.

Betchaser contacted me after my last withdrawal is cancelled saying that I must withdraw to my original deposit option! I was only following their instruction by using Ecopayz. But I comply and try to withdraw to my original BTC wallet. The withdrawal is cancelled.

I complain many times to Betchaser and they finally respond. They say that in order to receive my winnings I must open an OrangePay wallet. I have never heard of them. But they say that I must open one or I will not receive my funds. Not only that but they say that I must make a deposit before withdrawing to confirm my deposit method. They did not ask me this for Ecopayz. I think it is crazy that they think it is okay to ask me to deposit more money to receive my funds. But the funny part is that even if I agreed to I would not be able to. On Betchaser casino there is no deposit or withdrawal option for any wallet called OrangePay.

I hope that Askgamblers can help me to recover my funds. But I must admit I am not hopeful because so far this is clearly rogue behaviour.

Yesterday was yet one more day when I was feeling very bored and needing some fun and entertainment, specifically, some fun playing slot games. So I browsed through the numerous bonuses and casinos, hunting for one good offer, but I have already taken up the good ones. There were only a few choices left which offer deposit bonuses of between 120% to 150%, so I checked through each and every one of them. Most were not that suitable to me, but Betchaser Casino seemed appropriate enough, so I signed up at the casino.

Owned and operated by Radon BV, a name I have seen before, and have even played at a few of its other casinos, although I cannot recall their casino names at the moment. Betchaser Casino first deposit offer is a 120% bonus plus 100 free spins, given at 20 free spins per day, on the game Starburst. Not really an interesting or exciting offer, but that’s about the best that I could find. The Bonus terms stated that this bonus needed to be claimed first before making a deposit, and the wagering requirement is a nice 35 times the bonus amount, slightly lower than the usual 40 times.

Having checked through all the other terms and conditions, with nothing else standing in my way, I then proceeded to make my first deposit of $20. I clicked on the promotions, clicked on the welcoming first deposit offer, clicked on the ‘Deposit’ button, and it took me back to the initial registration form, although I have already used that form to sign up. I repeated it again, but getting the same rerouting. So how the heck was I supposed to claim this offer first before making my deposit?

Never mind, I thought, I would try going straight to making a deposit instead. I clicked on the deposit button, was taken to the deposit options page, clicked on Skrill, and Skrill login page came up. Again, I was thinking, where the heck was I supposed to claim that bonus first? It was nowhere to be found! After completing the deposit process, I was back in the home page, my $20 deposit was showing, but no bonus money anywhere. I then immediately clicked on the Live Chat button to get assistance.

After informing the lady host of what has happened, she did some checking, then told me that I did not claim the deposit bonus. I told her that I tried twice, but that bonus deposit button did not work for me, but my deposit went through instead. She then referred the matter to the technical team for further checking and told me to wait for their reply. So I quit the chat and logged out.

Later in the night, after more than 6 hours of waiting, there was still no reply from the casino’s team. I was becoming impatient, and feeling annoyed at their slow response. So I logged into my account again, still no bonus money was showing, and I finally decided to play off my balance right away. I was already getting fumed up by the casino’s slow response!

I played on Thunderkick’s Fruit Warp game, one of my favourite games, but it didn’t play that well, but not too badly either. Not too long after, I lost all my deposit money, and I then went back to chat with the chat host. A different lady came on this time around, and I told her that I wasn’t getting any response on the missing bonus issue. I then requested for a permanent closure of my account, reconfirming my decision to her, and she finally closed my account. In my heart, it was good riddance of Betchaser Casino! I simply hate casinos that do not response quickly to customers problems!

I liked the casino. I registered on the advice of a friend and did not regret it at all. The withdrawal is fast enough, there was a nice welcome bonus.

Betchaser caisno is one of the newest casinos added on Askgamblers. They caught my attention due to the fact that they have many good game providers and a great welcome bonus with very low wagering requirements of 35x bonus only. Needless to say I headed over to their page to sign up an account. I wish it was that simple though.

So I went to the registration page and to be honest, I know they are a new online casino but the website seemed a bit childish looking and gimmicky, but again that might be only my personal preference. Regardless, I went to the registration sector and filled in the details. I tried to sign up yet got an error message that "Client is restricted". That's it, no explanation of me being in a restricted country, issue with any sign up fields or whatever. I went through the casinos' terms and conditions to see if Malta was restricted to sign up, yet instead I found specific Netent branded games that were available in Malta- that made me think no issue should appear, right? Thinking maybe it was an issue with the email address, I attempted to sign up again and used a different email address. Same error appeared, yet I noticed that I had received a welcome email from the casino, followed by an empty email called "TEST". I checked the other email address and apparently the same thing had happened there. Now I guess I was holding multiple accounts at the casino without even realizing the registration was sucessful. I tried to login yet again error message popped up. Now I was sure I needed to contact support.

I thought that the casino doesn't have live chat but apparently they do, just for limited hours. Surprisingly enough I was able to reach an agent quickly, I described the issue and after 10 minutes in chat, support advised me to confirm sign up with one of my email addresses and then contact security to delete the other one. Well.. I tried to do that, same error came up and then support told me to just contact security. I did send an email to them just to see the reason behind it as I was never told my country was restricted and the agent was unable to explain the error message.

Funnily enough, about two days later I received an email from the casino apologizing for their technical issues and my account was awarded with some free spins. However, it's been over a week since I sent my initial emal to their security department and never received any replies yet I'm getting email promotions sent to both accounts. I'll be closing both of the accounts down as I don't like how they handled (or rather didn't) my technical issue.
