Payment delays and misdirect
Hi. I deposit and play casino with Betchaser. No bonus. Full verified. Some withdraws come through ok.
Now I have a balance of EUR 5175. I request withdraw EUR 999 and nothing happens. I wait, wait, nothing. After 6 days the request is cancelled, no explanation. I email betchaser once twice three times - zero reply. I go onto Live Support and they cannot tell me anything, just drive me crazy with "the correct department have been informed please wait for email" (haha when I have just told them they ignore my emails).
And now I notice website owner and licence have changed! When I open account (a few weeks ago) betchaser is owned by Hermes Consulting BV - and now it is owned by Radon BV !!! And no communication to customer.
In truth do not care who owns this slow Betchaser casino, but of course I do care about my EUR. I want Betchaser to process my withdraw in a good time (they say 72 hours maximum!). They have very low withdraw limit of 1000 EUR per day so it is not fair to take such delay with each payment.
