And I was pleasantly surprised that you can deposit and withdraw Euros with crypto wallet - very convenient and make your withdrawals quick and problem-free. The slot selection is terrible. No Microgaming slots for example. I don't know what type of casino they're trying to run. But I don't have a reason to gamble here anymore if they keep doing this to players. If they say I'm able to cash out 1k daily up to 5k a week. I would like to come to a resolution. What ever internal policy they have that they can't discuss, I would like it out in the open. I have read a couple of the more negative reviews on this casino and I completely disagree with them. The cash outs have been fast and without incident. I have not cashed out large amounts but I have requested 2 within the last seven days and both have been approved and delivered in less then an hour of the initial request. I have had no dealings with customer service. I have had no need to seek assistance because everything runs so smoothly. I trust this casino. As the other gentlemen mentioned, they are making it very uncomfortable when you want to withdraw... The agent actually suggested to me that I should cancel my withdrawal if I don't want to wait 12 hours... Does seem like a scam and you cannot be certain of your winnings. They will find a way to not pay you.
