Well. Betchains site couldn't display, or function, more simple, and makes the casino so easy to use that no one, could have any doubt about how, when, and where. Even so, if english wasn't their customers first-language, and a great place to start as a beginner.

I think betchain has done a lot of effort when it comes to their design and UI. that takes a lot of great work for starters and I think they have a knack for it. I think the cons fro this one is the less games you can play in it. I mean sites need to have a lots of those to make sure their players get the games they want. First off I want to state that Betchain is my all time favorite casino, also the only casino I have played at for multiple years. I tried to bring my concern up to the support staff in chat(Mary) who I assume didn't take the time to read my first message because she just kept repeating the same nonsense that had absolutely nothing to do with why I was contacting support to begin with, then after I broke things down to her with step by step screenshot guidance and repeating myself a few times, finally admitted to not understanding my initial problem(Which I believe is due to not taking the time to even read my first semi-long paragraph that plainly stated what my issue is). Once she took the time to actually understand my issue she provided a very vague statement pretty much telling me Betchain reserves the right to change their Terms and Conditions whenever they want and they make an attempt to notify players of these changes when it is convenient. Basically in laymans terms they can do whatever they want when they want, which is pretty much how I took it.
I just noticed that when exchanging comp points for crypto, specifically BTC, you now get 90% less. For me currently being Gold ViP, it used to cost 90 comp points for 1 mBTC (0.001 BTC). As of just now checking the exchange rate, it now costs 90 comp points for 10% of a mBTC (0.0001). I think going from 0.001 to 0.0001 while it costing the same exact amount of comp points, and the cost in wagering to receive those comp points hasn't changed at all, I believe to be completely unfair. Because comp points are added to our accounts based on 1 comp point per 100 mBTC wagered in slots and goes up depending if it is progressive slots or card games, the price of BTC should be irrelevant and shouldn't determine when Betchain lowers the amount of BTC you get per whatever VIP level exchange rate you receive. If the price of BTC rises, that means it costs me that much more to receive each comp point, therefore shouldn't lower the amount of BTC I receive per exchanging comp points.
I believe it is the most reasonable, fair approach for the exchange rate to go back to 1mBTC(0.001). At the very least I believe an explanation is warranted on why the exchange rate is now 90% less while you must still wager the exact same amount worth of actual BTC, no matter what the price of BTC actually is, to receive a single comp point, and the amount of comp points needed to exchange remains the exact same.
This change must have happened within the past 2 weeks.
I can provide any documentation needed to show my statement to be fact, which I doubt betchain will dispute.
I love playing at betchain, I just believe some type of reasonable response to a customers legitimate complaint isn't an unreasonable request coming from a customer that has lost well over one hundred thousand euro/usd worth of multiple different types of cryptocurrency with them.
