Betchain is supposed to be a fast withdrawal casino. I beg to differ. I Sent my documents in and made a withdrawal and keep contacting support but they just keep saying I need to wait. No reason for it to take this long!! Ive contacted support numerous times and they just say the same thing. No response last time!!! Please verify my account and withdraw my winnings please.

Lies!!! after the first issue of the agent clearly stating I was ready to withdraw now I had met the wagering requirements the withdrawal was cancelled again. He explained that I had not met the requirements. I specifically asked how much I had to further wager and he replied. I had a wagering limit set again and didn’t have a choice again so I asked him ‘And you need to increase my wagering limit to that amount so I can be sure’

So can you increase it to allow me to do that?
As if the first lies weren’t enough I decided to play the $787 like I did previously when he changed the limit to $1000. So when I played the second time it ran my balance down. I checked the wagering limits and it had been removed.
The casino offered me $200 with a $10,000 wagering which is pretty much impossible to do!!!
I have no doubt this is part and parcel of their scam here. DISGUSTING

This morning when I spoke with the agent and he advised I’d STILL not reached the requirement (despite yesterday confirming I had) I requested the wagering limit be set to the adjusted wagering requirement which I think was approx $750 so that I wouldn’t go over that. He said he would email when it was done, when I checked in to see if it was removed he said yes in 30 seconds. I requested the chat from this morning but they said they can’t give it me.
