BetBoro Casino - No longer able to withdraw

Hello,

I would like to raise a complaint against Betboro, who does not make me able to withdraw the money from my account. I was playing for several months really without any problems. It was a good run and I was able to make some decent profit, and decided to withdraw part of my winnings. My first withdrawal request was rejected and I was asked to complete the verification of my account.

I had no objection and provided everything they asked me for. As a result my account became verifed and I was also able to withdraw 900 euros to my Neteller account, the one I used to make the deposit with. Once this withdrawal was processed I noticed that almost all the withdrawal options became disabled, the only remaining ones is: credit card. I did not understand why, and Betboro did not provide me an answer on this.-

Spoke countless times with live chat, wrote e-mails. On e-mail I do not even get an answer. Live chat says always the same bullshit: "they will take care", and nothing happens. I always asked them to send me the chat transcript via e-mail, they never sent.

Anyways, I tried to make a deposit with my credit card, to be able to withdraw on that card later, but the transaction was rejected. I contacted my bank to ask for clarification, they told me that there is no limit/restriction on my card, and they did not even find rejected transactions for my card. So the issue should be definitely on Betboro side. I would also like to mention that I was able to deposit with the exact same credit card on Pokerstars Casino on the same day, so there is nothing wrong with my card.

The reason I tried to deposit with my credit card was to withdraw my winnings on that (if no other acceptable option are available...). But until I don't make a successful deposit with the card, I cannot make withdrawals on it.

Anyways, I had enough of this unfair behavior, I want to withdraw my winning, because this whole situation became suspicious. Either to my bank account (I sent them my IBAN and every info a couple of time), or my Neteller account, does not matter. Stop offering me alternative solutions, Betboro should restore all the withdrawal options and let me take my winnings.

Please, prompt them to do this and stop looking for stupid excuses just to withhold my money.

BetBoro Casino - Took my money without any explanation and proof
I opened account in Betboro, I deposited 200 euro and took 50% welcome bonus. I had good luck and managed to reach 1 247,xx euro balance while wagering bonus. After I completed bonus wagering I verified my account as Betboro asked. Documents accepted but Betboro asked additional selfie of me holding ID in my hand. I sent selfie and then got e-mail:

“We have detected that you have tried to manipulate our system and you have violated through your actions our terms and conditions:
3. Should there be a suspicion, presumption or an indication of fraud, betboro has the right to cancel all bets with the same person or persons without notice and freeze the entire account balance.
3.1 Criminal acts and acts manipulating the system will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate closing of the customer’s account as well as completed and uncompleted bets being declared invalid.
4. Betboro reserves the right to close account in any case of attempt of fraud against the company. This includes any system based on the use of software, techniques, computer, machines or similar tool.”

I asked in Betboro live chat about what I have done. Customer servant denied to give me any explanation and closed live chat. Betboro also blocked live chat from my IP address so I couldn’t reach them again.

When l logged in I noticed that also my whole betting history was deleted. I couldn’t even find those canceled bets as everything in account history was deleted.

Betboro is stating there that I have manipulated system and attempt to fraud. I have just placed normal bets mostly in live and haven’t done anything wrong. In my opinion betting company is going to make fraud against me. So far I haven’t got any proof and don’t even know what I have done here. They just took my balance.

Don’t answer to my emails and I was banned from their live chat for just asking when I my documents will be reviewed(unbelievable). I have been waiting for my account verification almost two weeks. No answer at all. I want to withdraw my funds. However, I can't do that without completed verification. I can provide a proof with screenshots if it needs.

After a lot of verification effort they finally pay out.
Good selection of games, good software.
Nice bonusses, especially the cashback with no wagering requirements, because after I lose, I don't want to have to wager before I can hace something of my losses back.

There is one thing very annoying about this site and that is their communication. First live support isn't always available and second when you send them e-mails they don't respond fast or not at all. So the verification was a little bit of a hassle, but in the end it is fine. I only hope I don't need to contact them anymore for anything.

Betting stakes is crazy low limits, they limited me to 18$.
Live chat is the most rude chat I ever seen.
Withdraw the most painful think for me, they asked so many extra documents for no reason and when they decided to withdraw me straight to my bank account which means I needed to pay 15% taxes and it took about 1 freaking month.

Layout is ok.
Live chat is quick (rude and less than useful responses though)
Lots of events.

Max. bet for most events is ridiculously low (as it not worth betting on), withdrawal times and communication when rejected is non-existent, only get proper response through email and takes minimum 48 hours for reply.
Really would try to avoid.

There is a lot of choice of different slots and good bonus offers.

Customer service is very slow. I have contacted them over problems and error codes I have been getting when opening up certain slots and the response has been slow at best and not kept up to date with what is happening.

Nice feel to the website, games loaded ok and quick (although have had games freezing several times today!) and nice to get cashback element. Chat was available quickly, but not 24 hour service.

Slow verification! Made a withdrawal request and uploaded photo ID as requested. 24 hours later withdrawal still pending. Chat rep said upload was going through an update and to e-mail docs in and will be processed within 24 hours. 24 hours later, withdrawal still pending so ask chat rep if all ok. He then says leave it 48 hours for docs to be verified. Now 48 hours later and still not verified. In the meantime (late last night) I was foolish enough to cancel the withdrawal and lost, of course! In summary, initial withdrawal request made Saturday night and docs sent in straight away, but now on Wednesday and still no progress. No e-mails to confirm progress or receipt of docs and no request for docs (was only told upon enquiring in chat) if upload feature not working. Sorry, but how this withdrawal process is being managed does not encourage me to make further deposits at present.
