Bella Vegas Casino - Supposedly processed payments never received

I have these two withdrawal request not received.One for $1000.00 processed 08/21/2020 the other for $161.00 processed 08/28/2020. I had been contacting the casino quite often to get the status of my withdrawal to only receive different information from each chat agent when I would receive payment. I submitted an email also to support regarding my withdrawals and have not received a response.After being persistent on contacting chat about my withdrawals they tell me today that I have already been paid it is now 09/18/2020 and I have not received payment yet the casino gave me a bitcoin address that they said they submitted the funds to which was not the address I had given them. I will send a few conversations I had with chat agents and also the two payments in my casino statements that still say processed. The casinos term and conditions states you will receive payment up to 5 business days once payments are processed? my payments say processed since 08/21/2020 and 08/28/2020. Also when I have received payments in the past once they paid me they change the statement to completed which they have not done for either withdrawal request. Thank you and If you need more information please let me know. I would not be submitting a complaint but the casino is dismissing me and I would like to receive my winnings that I won fair and square!!

I guess I will submit a complaint. I have the screen shots and all my saved conversations. Bella Vegas Casino - Every Delay Possible
On March 17, 2019, I requested a withdraw of $250.00 from this Bella Vegas Casino, around March 25th I contacted live chat to find out why my withdraw wasn’t sent into my bank, the Agent informed me not to worry, your withdraw will be there in a couple of days, 2 days went by, I still have not received my funds, contacted live chat again, this time I was informed that I needed to be verified, no mention of this from the other dumb Agent, I mentioned, I was just verified a few months ago, so why again? The Agent replied; “that is what they need to process the withdraw, as soon as you send your documents, they will release the withdraw”.
The 29th, I sent an email advising them that of their lies and what’s with the delay tactics, (no response). I sent the documents as they requested, the same day I received an email saying; I must fill out a document and send it back, I did that and sent it back. On the 30th, I sent another email, again no response.
A few more days went by, contacted live chat to hear more lies saying; “we are having issues with our processor, you should receive the withdraw in a few days.
Now about 7/8 times contacting them, more BS about their processor.
A few more days, now around, April 20th, same BS, now their processor is fixed, I asked for a supervisor (Steven), more lies, but this time we are checking to find out where your withdraw went, next day called to talk to Steven, he was not available, called back and he was gone for the day, started talking to supervisor Edward, again more lies, more back and forth, April 30th, now I’m asked to send my bank info to show the funds never went into my account.
Now on May 5th, the funds were placed back into my Bella Vegas account, I was asked to request another withdraw of $250, so I did.
Checking in my bank account, I noticed that back in Nov/Dec, they scammed me, by not paying out my full 3 withdraws of a hundred each, but I did receive one withdraw of a hundred and nothing after that.
Now waiting a month and 3 weeks to receive my win from this scam Casino, which I found out that they were Blacklisted on almost every platform in the Casino industry.
They scammed me good this time!
At this point, I know that I will not be receiving my funds from this site and they will keep the money, but I want every Player to know what the GrandPriv group is all about and stop playing on any of their Casinos.

To summarize long story make short I had created a account with Bella Vegas Casino and claimed a free chips for play but lost on 5th of June. I had loved casino's slots for their outstanding graphics and sound. So I intended to play further after deposit. But while deposit I was aware that my email address had put down while registration was little wrong means completely wrong where into BetOnSoft casinos email address is the user unique ID/account number ( I had put wrong email - [email protected] Instead Of correct email [email protected]). I immediately informed everything to support team then she told me to create a new account with correct email address and she had closed previous account as per my request. I had then deposited 20 euro and claimed a 300% bonuses which also combined 10 free spins with my deposit. I was happily enjoying my play slots there but lost 80 euro at the end. Then I had started 10 free spins provided by support agent and here I got some luck :) . I had managed to win 100 euro after met all play through then requested withdraw 100 euro on 6th of June. On 9th June Monday (payday) I went into my Bella Vegas Casino account then I met support agent Steven to ask when about they gonna process my winnings. But Steven told me I have duplicate accounts so,they don't gonna send my winnings of 100 euro. I had explained everything politely that my previous account has been closed as per my request because of wrong email address. After 30 minutes live chat conversations he had requested to email them details to review with higher management. I had sent then details incident but my explanations did n't make them understand the whole matter. My winnings came from after made deposit and deposit combined bonuses which was not from any free chip. But still now refusing to pay my winnings which is completely unfair and harsh decision with me. Please dear ASKGAMBLERS, help me where I am completely unable to make them understand the true facts. This is one of the most amazing sites to visit and I really feel like I am welcome because there are a lot of bonuses and the great thing about these games is that you can even win high payouts which is a great feeling to have.

I think the only flaw here is that there isn't a lot of variety and while the games are really good, it could use a few varieties that will help me keep coming back for more and enjoy one of the best experiences when playing at this site.

I find out about Bella Vegas from Askgamblers and saw they offer free spin for new customers, so made registration and claimed the free spins without any problem. I won 21 euro from them and had to wager 950 euro to clear the bonus and the max withdraw was 150 euro. Somehow I managed to wager it and contacted support to ask them how can I verify my account and withdraw the 150 euro.

After reviewing my account, from support told me that players from my country are not eligible to receive no deposit bonuses, I saw in their T&C, that they were correct. They told me that the winnings from my bonus will be voided and removed from my balance.
What made me write a review is that, if a player is not allowed to receive a bonus, they should not be able to claim it. In my case I was able and actually won, and wasted my time wagering it only to be disappointed.
At the end of the day I understand, that they are correct to do that, but not in this way. Its just bad business.

There was very little to like about this Casino, however they did provide a large selection of slots, video poker and blackjack. Games were difficult to call up.

Customer service very poor. Long waits for response from customer service,. Have to wait for representative, then get response of hello or hi, then another wait. Excuses from heavier than usual volume, computer slow or can not find information. When customer service does respond it is generic. In response to when will I get my funds, there response is withdrawal processing is from 8-15 business days. There payouts are pathetically slow.

A week ago I saw an advertisement from the Bella Vegas casino. They offered 10 euro no deposit bonus. I never played on their casino so I download the casino and registered. In the forum where from I registered they doesn't mentioned any restricted countries only the maximum cash out, 150 euro. I went the cashier and enter the bonus code. It was credited without any notice.

I wasn't familiar with their slots so I choose from the new games. I started to play on the rise of the Spartans. I have played on 30c bet and I enjoyed it well. I get the free spins two times in a row. Even I didn't get the highest symbols I get 45 euro from the free games. That was only the first kind of feature, the Xeroxes bonus is much better. I had to choose one of the Gold Sacks. I picked the last one and get 92 euro.

I had 130 euro when I left the game and started the dollars down under. This slot was good. In the first few spins I triggered the bonus round and the free spin too. About a half hour I wagered my money so I asked the withdrawal requirements. The usually documents are needed and a phone call verification. I sent the documents and the next day they approved it, but I have to contact them again to verify the phone number.

I talked with the live chat and asked the phone verification but they don't able to call me so they wanted to contact with them toll free USA number. I have doubt it free but I tried it. When I wanted to deposit and asked them again they told me my country have no right to make a withdrawal from a no deposit bonus. Later when I check their terms I saw the sad true It was written in their conditions.

I was looking for some casino with no deposit bonus and saw that Bella Vegas casino gives 10 free spins on their Santa Surprise slot. They're provided by Betonsoft platform and there's this interesting thing they have- if you're a member in their affiliates (you've registered with the same email) you can use that account to other their casinos too. I have an account in their affiliates, so I just entered my email, chose a password and activated my account.

I went to cashier and entered the code I got, but I got a message that I wasn't eligible for this bonus. So I started a conversation with live chat to get the reason for it. I was connected to a really nice chat guy called Nick and he checked my account and manually added those 10 spins. That's so supportive.

The game was a classic slot, 1 line, 4 coins per line and the free games were played with 1 coin with 1€ size. From those 10 spins only 1 time I got win and it was 2€. With that I went to Lucky Scratch scratch cards. Unfortunately the minimum bet was 1€ so I could only play it for 2 times and both were giving me 0 wins.
Few days later I decided to make a 20€ deposit there and I played mostly video poker, but I didn't have really much luck with it and eventually lost my balance.

Although I haven't cashout from Bella Vegas, I can say only good things about this casino. The variety of games could be bigger, but the support and look of casino was really nice, the flash play worked good too. Bella Vegas casino using games from Betonsoft, and this casino is in group Grandprive, I tried all their casinos and can say that it is good and interesting group, at least it was such in past, but now probably things are not so good, because as I see there is few unresolved complaints here, and of course it is not very good sign for any online casino.

I joined this casino and was able to get 30 no deposit freespins at some bandit slot, like at few others casinos in this group. I rate this casino with 6 stars, since withdrawal takes 5 days and this is not very good.
