I liked this place long time. I was vip player couple of years. Then this casino decided to change their sport wagering requirements, and told me that I have accepted these but I have not get any information about that bonus term update...

This casino tells you different bonus terms and conditions in other languages. I used finish language which says that sport wagering requirements are 30% of bonus + deposit. I wagered bonus through and made 251,5e withdraw request. It was cancelled because I had bonus term breach. I sent screenshot about the finish site but they told that the right bonus terms will find if you use English version... So I lost my winnings but I forwarded this case to MGA and let see what happens. Nice bonuses make this place look nice but there is devil inside.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..!!

Shockingly immoral company. They had forgot to update their own terms and conditions, saying that players with an active bonus could only place bets with 15% of bonus (previously 30%).

Only problem was - THEY forgot to update their English terms!

When I was finished and attempted a withdrawal, they tried to confiscate it, pointing to this update.

I sent them screenshots, proving my case, where the website still plainly stated in English that it was 30%, not 15%. They denied and refused to take responsibility for their own inability to update their terms.

Fortunately, the MGA decided the case in my favor.

Still, you should stay away. A irresponsible company, who'd rather have their rude customer support make up blatantly erroneous excuses, rather than own up to their mistakes.

I had so bad experience with b-bets that I had to create account in AskGamblers and share my experience from b-bets. I joined at their site about one month ago. I was able to win few hundred euros. Then they asked me to verify which is okay. BUT KYC took more than 5 banking days. When finally approved, cashout took around 4 weeks. They promise it within 5 banking days but every single Monday I had to contact them again because money wasnt in my account. I literally had to wait 4 weeks to get them. During that time i didnt receive any bonuses from b-bets. Customer service was bad because they ”couldnt” help. Finally I got my moneys but it was a question of couple hundreds. I will never play here again. If you have read this, please dont join them. Bad experience.

This casino site is totally waste of time. KYC takes forever and cashouts takes literally many weeks. Customer service is robotic, kind but not really helpful. Other players stay away from this site and all other sites under same owners. They are all the same. I don't play here anymore ever.

This Casino is what you would call a diamond in a rough! The support are phenomenal bunch and are really trying their best to help us out!

Recently they also sent emails to ask what they would like to see added in their Casino! For now I can not give me them 10 stars but once some of the improvements I wrote in the dislikes it will be a 10/10 Casino!

Payout and KYC can take a little bit longer then expected. I am not sure why a screenshot would not be acceptable as a Bank Statement and why it must be a picture or a PDF format.
But at this point this would just be nitpicking.
