I have been a player at Cat casino since its launch. As of today everything is working great. There were no problems and overall I was pleased with the speed and loyalty of the casino. Big selection of slots and live chat was very helpful. I play a couple times a week approximately.

Nice and simple casino that just works. This site has a lot of different games to choose from and you can just make an account and start playing. I've had no issues withdrawing money and the only time I had to contact support I received a reply in a short time which I appreciated.

Please read this before you even think to play on this casino. Websites are really really laggy and works kinda slowly most of the time. KYC Process was pretty painful and slow.

Withdraws.... If you are lucky you might get them in few weeks or months. Support is very robotic and they don't give you any real information about the progress of KYC or withdraw and so on. Also the legal department haven't answer to my questions even once. Answer what you get from support chat is to wait and nothing else.

Pretty good place for this b-Bets. Clear and good pages. I think also there are pretty good bonuses and they give loyalty bonuses sometimes. Lot of ways to play football, ice hockey, and many more games.

KYC was pretty long when it come to end. So many documents and pictures/screenshots must send. Some problem with the bonus which I don't have taken and so my wins take off me/my account.

Withdrawal is quite easy. If there has been a problem with withdrawals, they have been solved by customer service.

They have a very broad range of games to choose from and their promotions are abundant, also a very reliable site with no downtime and games tend to always work too.

I had some problems in the start with bonuses and cashouts but got the sorted out with support. Cashout times are unfortunately quite long and the cashout options are somewhat limited.

Easy deposits by card, same for withdrawals(2 business days by bank transfer-SEPA is a great option!) and speaking of withdrawals, they are approved within hours(sure the KYC involved more detailed checks and I even had to provide a personal payslip but I don't mind as long as it sped up the withdrawing process ).
Support is usually easy-going and nice.
Last but not least, great loyalty bonuses, something I haven't seen with other bookmakers.

The odds overall can be improved, support not available 24/7 via chat. While loyalty bonuses are always great to have, sometimes it's hard to complete the rollover given the markets restrictions.

I had so bad experience with b-bets that I had to create account in AskGamblers and share my experience from b-bets. I joined at their site about one month ago. I was able to win few hundred euros. Then they asked me to verify which is okay. BUT KYC took more than 5 banking days. When finally approved, cashout took around 4 weeks. They promise it within 5 banking days but every single Monday I had to contact them again because money wasnt in my account. I literally had to wait 4 weeks to get them. During that time i didnt receive any bonuses from b-bets. Customer service was bad because they ”couldnt” help. Finally I got my moneys but it was a question of couple hundreds. I will never play here again. If you have read this, please dont join them. Bad experience.

The support is always friendly and tries to do their best to help. The page loads fast and cannot recall it has ever been down for me. They also provide nice bonuses from time to time.

Payout and KYC can take a little bit longer then expected. I am not sure why a screenshot would not be acceptable as a Bank Statement and why it must be a picture or a PDF format.

I’ve been thought a lot of casino. It’s sad to say, but b-bets is the badest casino ever. Maybe you wonder why. Let me tell you. First of all, depositing money, is done by 20 seconds. Great enough. But what when you should verify your profile? Well. I’ve sent my documents at Sunday. Now it’s Friday and they are still pending. Same with the witrawal. Also, the costumer support, is horrible. They can’t give me a estimated time, they can’t contact the “legal department”. I’ve asked for help everyday, but nothing happens. So, guys, hold your horses, don’t sign up at b-bets. Trust me.

The games and the layout are fine, also lots of bonuses, and really nice one too. The games are fun, you got a lot of variation but could be a little more.

There is just something really wrong with the withdrawal time frames. They say the money is processed immediately after the pending period, but I don't believe that is true, because this is the only casino I play where after processing the money still takes I don't know how long, and then they tell us it depends on the bank. Well my bank always processes things immediately.
I hate to say it, but it almost feels like they are doing it on purpose.

These are the most worse on the net when it becomes to pay outs and withdrawals.

I have pay out 3 times my winnings and 2 times it took so long to get my winnings. First of all the pending time of 48 hours is never realistic there. 2 times it was after 96 hours and the last time after 1 full week! Just the pending.

The first time that I pay out there my money came 2 weeks later! After 5 business days I contact them and they made an 'investigation' what took more than 1 week to send me and email with the message: the money bounced back from the back so we will send you the money again. And than I had to wait again 5 business days. It took totally 4 weeks to receive my money.

The second time the pending took also 96 hours and it came on the 7th business day. So I had to wait almost 2 weeks on it totally.

And now? I have still an pay out I am waiting for. I am waiting now exactly 18 days for my money since I did the pay out. And I had to receive my money at latest last Friday. Since that moment they have again an investigation running to locate my money. 6 days laters now from that moment. Still no answer, still no update, still no money. Tomorrow it's officialy 3 weeks!

It's insane that a online gambling website have a 3/3 100% score with late pay outs. And the live support? They can't do a thing. Everytime the same answers and it's never possible to contact somebody of the 'financial department'. They send you away with the same story every day. So you are always running after your money! It's a real shame.

This casino is the worst I have ever played in. You have to wait officially 5 days for your money, but they stall it up to 3 or 4 weeks until you get it. If you ask why, they just give excuses and stall as long as it can get, completely annoying and unprofessional.

On top of this, they charge 10% transaction fee - which is really just crazy. I have never experienced anything that bad.

I would not recommend this betting site. It's not worth using their free bets as they require you to turn the money over 8 times before you can withdrawal it. Furthermore, when using their SportsBook they insist you bet on outcomes with odds of least 1.8; you cannot multi to reach this figure either, the odds are simply stacked too heavily in their favour. The site itself is clunky & the support staff whilst friendly are not helpful. I was forced to wait almost a month for my winnings, which is simply not good enough. Overall, this is the worst gambling site I have ever used.
