4 months delayed payments and no communication

I received first and only payment around 12th of august.
After that i've sent 8-9 support requests/emails regarding situation. They just keep repeating QUOTE:

Kindly be informed that I have not yet recieved any updates regarding this. I have raised the issue to our higher management and hopefully we will resolve this matter soon.

My last reply from them is from 7th of october, my last email to them was 2th of november where i was querying situation and asking for channels to make a complaint, 0 reply.
Im still missing half of my payments.
