I had so bad experience with b-bets that I had to create account in AskGamblers and share my experience from b-bets. I joined at their site about one month ago. I was able to win few hundred euros. Then they asked me to verify which is okay. BUT KYC took more than 5 banking days. When finally approved, cashout took around 4 weeks. They promise it within 5 banking days but every single Monday I had to contact them again because money wasnt in my account. I literally had to wait 4 weeks to get them. During that time i didnt receive any bonuses from b-bets. Customer service was bad because they ”couldnt” help. Finally I got my moneys but it was a question of couple hundreds. I will never play here again. If you have read this, please dont join them. Bad experience.

The support is always friendly and tries to do their best to help. The page loads fast and cannot recall it has ever been down for me. They also provide nice bonuses from time to time.

This casino site is totally waste of time. KYC takes forever and cashouts takes literally many weeks. Customer service is robotic, kind but not really helpful. Other players stay away from this site and all other sites under same owners. They are all the same. I don't play here anymore ever.

This Casino is what you would call a diamond in a rough! The support are phenomenal bunch and are really trying their best to help us out!

Recently they also sent emails to ask what they would like to see added in their Casino! For now I can not give me them 10 stars but once some of the improvements I wrote in the dislikes it will be a 10/10 Casino!

Payout and KYC can take a little bit longer then expected. I am not sure why a screenshot would not be acceptable as a Bank Statement and why it must be a picture or a PDF format.
But at this point this would just be nitpicking.

KYC can be a little bit complicated. As they ask for quite a bit of information. But my guess is that they have to ask that but that is my only little complaint!

Very good casino. Very fast support. Every now and then I receive nice bonus. Surprisingly fast kick can't believe that some players have issues with it.

Games and bonuses are good and have nice variety. Website seems to work fine and technically nothing to complain about. Pros are difficult to say because there are too many cons for this casino.

Slow withdrawal and verification. It will take weeks or even months. Very shady casino, not recommended to play there. Customer support doesn't help much.

Website has a lot of bugs or links that don't work.
Live chat only opens from 12:00/22:00 but they are not always on, most of time you have to wait hours. When you get connected to an agent they literary answer every question with: please contact us by email they do not answer anything on the livechat.
I contacted them many times by email, never got a reply not even after a week. When I sign up I clicked on NO bonus and selected casino. Somehow it still deposit money on sports wallets with bonus. I can't cancel the bonus money so I had to send an email but still no reply after 6 days. So basically never deposit here, it's the worst casino out here by far, no reply on emails or live chat. Verification of your account takes more then 2 weeks and still then they aren't verified yet. When verified your account cashouts take more then 2 weeks either

So do never ever open an account by this casino.

I’ve been thought a lot of casino. It’s sad to say, but b-bets is the badest casino ever. Maybe you wonder why. Let me tell you. First of all, depositing money, is done by 20 seconds. Great enough. But what when you should verify your profile? Well. I’ve sent my documents at Sunday. Now it’s Friday and they are still pending. Same with the witrawal. Also, the costumer support, is horrible. They can’t give me a estimated time, they can’t contact the “legal department”. I’ve asked for help everyday, but nothing happens. So, guys, hold your horses, don’t sign up at b-bets. Trust me.
