I cannot think of anything I dislike. I am only using B-bet's services at the moment.

B-Bets is a great casino. I really like the fact that they have so many slot games because I can play without ever getting bored. Another great thing about this casino is the amount of bonus offers. nothing, was ok and fun when i was allowed to play, before my account was frozen and accused of single player multi accounting and then no evidence that i did, and evidence proving i did not was not accepted

won and lost thousands of dollars in sportsbook for months and after trying first withdraw was accused of multiaccounting and account closed and $4000 balance confiscated/stolen. turns out someone at a sharehouse i visited opened and account one night to play couple hours $100 on games i never play and never used it again, on public wifi that i played my account on, policy said one single player can not open an account on same ip, got the other person to send ids etc to verify wasn’t me but still got account closed even though no policy was broken by myself.

Withdrawals here are hard as can be. Don't expect your money before 1 week (if your lucky). Lots of deposit methods but withdrawal is only by bank transfer. If something is not ok with your request they will not inform you. You must ask live chat by yourself or your request will be pending forever. Just look how many complains they have. They never will be better, their tactic is just to open new website. Just look on all casinos of this group, all have that same problems .

Managed to win 1300 euros in the beginning of September. In their terms they say max withdrawal per month is 1000. Instead they paid 650 euros after quite some time, and was told to receive the rest on 2nd of October.It is 10th of October and nothing yet. Next thing is: As i checked the T&C I found an unbelievable fact. The maximum withdraw per week is €1000,-. And per month its € 2500,-. I mean its an Malta licensed casino. Even a bad curacao casino has a maximum withdrawal limit up to 5.000-10.000 per month.

They have Netent slots. So if you would win something good there you would have to wait something like 4,5 months to get your money. That's a joke. And they have a sportsbook. I mean its absolutely nonsense to bet there. If you win a few good bets u cant withdraw your money for a whole month.

Its a very simple casino, I dont think the concept of bids are strong but they support a lot of different deposit methods and fast deposits aswell.

Live-chat is a dilemma, you cant rely on when its available, the emails are responded within 24+ hours, which can be frustrating if you need quick assistance. The slot games are slow and wagering playtrough doesnt update on time.

What really dissapointed me was that the wagering playtrough was still on even with no funds, tried to get help to clear that but it is hard to get in touch live.

Its been over a week since I requested a withdrawal. I received an email confirming my request but despite speaking to 3 support staff I still have received no funds.

According to their website it only takes 3-5 days to reach my account. No-one can tell me whats going on. Disappointing.

Actually there is nothing negative I can report about b-Bets.

Nothing really as players from UK cannot play most games. But the games I was allowed to play played really well but that's no good when you cannot withdraw your winnings.

They refuse to pay my winnings via Neteller because my VIP status is not high enough which is unreal as I deposited threw Neteller method. So what they are basically saying is my VIP level is good enough for a deposit via Neteller, but not good enough for a withdraw. What a poor excuse to hold your winnings. They said they want to pay me by bankwire as this will verify my account, but why not ask for passport and utility bill (etc) as 99.9% of all other online casinos do it this way.

I signed up at Bbet casino in December, if I remember correctly. I saw somewhere a promotion that they give 100 b-bets to new members. They are powered by Netent, Microgaming and 2 other softwares, so of course I was very interested in the offer, altough I didn't know anything about the casino.
