Closed my account and stole my winning

I played at b-bets casino, I was lucky to win 5800 euros. I ordered payment for 5000 euros and waited about two weeks, a few days ago I found out that my account is blocked and my winnings confiscated. I played only slot games, I did not violate the rules of the casino, I believe that the casino blocked my account for no reason. I can't access my account, so I have only screenshots of correspondence with casino support. Please help to resolve my issue.

Thank you for bringing up your concern regarding the closure of the player's account and the forfeiture of their winnings.

Upon conducting our standard checks, our relevant department identified inappropriate play associated with the player's account. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, which the player agreed to upon creating their account, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play, bonus abuse, player collusion, and fraudulent activity. Specifically, the player breached the term under article 131 of our Terms and Conditions (https://www.b-bets.com/en/terms):

"b-Bets has a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play, bonus abuse, player collusion, and fraudulent activity. If, in Our sole determination, the Player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Us or any other User of any of the Games in any way including, but not limited to, game manipulation or payment fraud, or if We suspect the Player of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering), We reserve the right to suspend and/or close the User Account and to share this information (together with the Player’s identity) to other online gaming websites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies."

Based on our findings, the account was closed in strict accordance with these terms and conditions. Consequently, any winnings accrued were waived as they were obtained by breaching the aforementioned terms.

My withdrawals was declined from 180 to 50e with two different bonuses

I deposited 50€ and wagered 2000€, and was withdrawing 140.80€, when I got a free 5€ bonus. With this 5€, I won 41,12€ after wager. Since my previous withdrawal was pending, I wasn't allowed to do another, so I decided to cancel the previous one and withdraw altogether, as my KYC was still pending.

Now that everything is clear, they state that I can withdraw max 10x bonus, which is 50€, even though clearly 140.8 were won from a 50€ deposit bonus.

What a joke.

They are delaying everything

I won amount of 1400€ over a week ago. I did a withdrawal and they asked same day my bank statement. I delivered it instantly in same day. In a 7 days they havent answered my questions about the situation of my withdrawal. They dont answer my emails or anything.

Even the kyc things arent working on their site. You cant send them files they want to kyc. You can send them only with email. I sent them over a week ago, and they said that they got it and are working on it but after that they wasnt answering anymore. Last message was sent for me 5 days ago, and they said that they wil give me some updates next day, but still nothing. I send them questions every day but they just dont answer.

I would like to report an online casino called b-bets ( https://mobile.b-bets.com/fi/login ).

They have not paid me €1600 in withdrawals despite their promises(b-bets_a64ca73b-5e14-4629-94bb-f1875881ac9e), and they are not even answering me anymore.

In the screenshots of the messages, you can see how they claim that the withdrawals were sent from them weeks ago, but nothing shows up in my account. Only the first installment (€800) has come to me, but they have not paid the remaining €1600.

The dates are visible in the screenshots. In the latest email, there is a screenshot of Finnish text, which has been translated back into English with Google Translate, because I could not translate it to its original form. It is also interesting that at first they said that the withdrawal due on the second day of the month had already been sent, and when I asked about it again 1-2 days later, they said that the withdrawal is still being checked. Will I ever get my money (€1600) from them?

I did my withdrawal one month ago and still waiting for it.

I send all verification documents and everything they ask for.

When I am asking schedule for my withdrawal, they can just say they appreciate my patience. They promised that they handle withdrawals in 48 hours and now it is one month late and no one there can say any date when I can expect to get that done.

Delay of the 550 EUR withdrawal by b-Bets

I have played at B-bets Casino. and deposited a total of 3000€. I made many bets and then I decided to withdraw my money.

I got my account verified a long time ago and I successfully withdrew 450€. After this, I requested a €550 withdrawal more than a month ago, but my withdrawal has still not been processed. Naturally, I cannot make new requests.

Hello, I’m writing this complaint because I had enough of this casino payment system.

B-bets is stalling my money. All that I get as an answer is that there is some delay on bank side and they have done this correctly. Now my chat gets declined automatically.
