Closed my account and stole my winning

I played at b-bets casino, I was lucky to win 5800 euros. I ordered payment for 5000 euros and waited about two weeks, a few days ago I found out that my account is blocked and my winnings confiscated. I played only slot games, I did not violate the rules of the casino, I believe that the casino blocked my account for no reason. I can't access my account, so I have only screenshots of correspondence with casino support. Please help to resolve my issue.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that b-Bets Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Thank you for bringing up your concern regarding the closure of the player's account and the forfeiture of their winnings.

Upon conducting our standard checks, our relevant department identified inappropriate play associated with the player's account. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, which the player agreed to upon creating their account, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play, bonus abuse, player collusion, and fraudulent activity. Specifically, the player breached the term under article 131 of our Terms and Conditions (https­://­www.b-­bet­s.c­om/­en/­terms):

"b-Bets has a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play, bonus abuse, player collusion, and fraudulent activity. If, in Our sole determination, the Player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Us or any other User of any of the Games in any way including, but not limited to, game manipulation or payment fraud, or if We suspect the Player of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering), We reserve the right to suspend and/or close the User Account and to share this information (together with the Player’s identity) to other online gaming websites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies."

Based on our findings, the account was closed in strict accordance with these terms and conditions. Consequently, any winnings accrued were waived as they were obtained by breaching the aforementioned terms.

We understand that this outcome is disappointing. However, adherence to our terms is essential to ensure a fair and secure gaming environment for all players.
