Waiting two weeks for two payments
Hello, I’m writing this complaint because I had enough of this casino payment system.
I’ve been a client for 4 years, lost a lot of money here and it’s always like this when I request a payment.
It takes weeks to be paid, they lie and you will have a feeling that they have no money to pay.
Again this month I had 2 payments processed 2 weeks ago and I wasn’t paid yet.
Had confirmation that I would receive it on Monday last week, then Wednesday, and then today. Still nothing.
I don’t know how can they have a casino running this way
