Africasino is fast website to use because no "funny animations" too much. My last visit was long time ago. I put reasons to dislike field. Customer service chat is working.

Africasino has slowest persons in work. Withdraw process takes automatically one week and after that one week comes mail where some documents is needed. No approving mail is seen and what documents are missing. Usually in these player must prove 4 times in a year where player lives. "KYC requires". KYC is not requiring that in other casinos.

When address is sent again and waited days. NEW REQUEST of withdrawing. And NEW week for wait.

Few minutes ago there is partially games from providers. Like Pragmatic play "7 piggies" one of two versions found but "7 monkeys" game is missing.

Because people have favorite games, they believe that games found in website.

No reasons to visit here.

Pretty cool that there are some solid aspects of the site because Africasino is not the most well known of sites but it definitely has some positives. I know that there are people who are unaware of it now but there are some parts that you can take a look at and see that there are some changes that were made and it can be done properly. I hope more people will take notice of it because there is a lot of potential and there are some changes that can be made so it can be properly made and adjusted.

While there is tons of potential with this site, there is still some stuff that needs to be fixed. People tend to forget the game selection aspect of casinos and that needs to be addressed. Hopefully, people can prioritize it because it’s the foundation of any casino. There are some misses here and there which can be fixed by the people in charge. They need more games and they need to fix the bugs that are littered throughout the site. It will not be an easy task but it looks like they’re committed and they’re ready to change some things.

This casino is the absolute worst. If I could give less than 1 star I would!! I wasted my time and money trying it for the first time. Chat is a joke. It takes ages just to get answers. If you get a bonus you can't try any game. Pathetic. Don't waste your time. I'll keep to my regular online sites, Casino.com And Casino Midas, they know about customer service.

Yesterday I made an account there, cuz the welcome bonus of course. I made those 100R up to 30 000R, I don't know how! Maybe I was really lucky yesterday. Then I spoke with the support survice, they told me I need to deposit minimum 500R (35 eur) to withdraw 1000R (70 eur) (wich is the maximum withdraw for this bonus). I did it, but I recieved the second welcome bonus, wich is 300%. So I had to warger it 33x. I did it and now I'm waiting for 9600R wich is something like 650 euro.. 1000R is the maximum withdraw you can do with that bonus. I gave my documents for verification and now I'm waiting. If everything is fine, there will be no update post by me.

The selections of games is very good. For first time I saw that slot "trump it".. it was really fun. :D

For sure I'm gonna play there often.. I'm gonna try how it will goes with no bonus.. just my money.

There are only 2 thing I don't like:
1. In the begining, before the deposit - the slots were very slow. After that everything was normal.
2. The time for withdraw is a little bit more.. 5 to 7 days by VISA. But it have it with other casinos too, so it's not big deal.

Maybe it will be good to do a way to fallow your bonus progress. Cuz I had to contact the support couple of times to ask them how much still I need to wager it.

AfriCasino is a newly added casino to the AskGamblers directory. Not sure if they are based in Africa which is where I am from, but they do support my native language which is Afrikaans as well as my currency which is Rand or ZAR as most of you know it.

I claimed the no deposit bonus of R100 which they offer when signing up, but didn’t last very long. I was interested in making a deposit to claim 300% but since they in ZAR they do not support neteller deposits.

After a few weeks I decided to use my Ecopayz account as my default gambling account and could make a deposit and claimed the 300% welcome bonus. Now like most of the Gametech group casinos they have 11x max cash out policy on all their bonuses, however AfriCasino does not have that restriction. There is no "Max Cash out" limit but the bonus money cannot be withdrawn. Which I think is a much sweeter deal than the max cash out. There were many times where I completed wagering at other Gametech casinos but the max cash out just made me sad, seeing they taking the rest of my legitimate winnings away after requesting a withdrawal.

I started firing up my normal slots which has the super bet feature like Judge Dredd, Foxin Wins, Dragons Story and Miss Midas, but all these games were cold to me. I noticed that slots at AfriCasino from all service providers has this massive long delay from 10 – 30 seconds before completing a spin. This really messed up my experience and in the end I lost my balance.

I contacted support, they were very quick to respond and answer all my questions and logged a technical ticket regarding the spinning of the reel's delay but was not fixed at the time of playing.

A few days later my VIP manager contacted me regarding the technical issue and my experience but it did not matter to me, as I was not planning on making any future deposits.

Africasino is a pretty new place as they have been established only in 2016 and being a fan for casino news, I was interested in this casino. I first noticed them when they got added to askgamblers, and not only that, but I also saw that askgamblers had an exclusive 100ZAR bonus. I don't really play in African casinos simply because I am not too familiar with their currency, but with that being said, free is free and I thought they deserve a chance.

So when I visited their page I was very impressed with the nice casino lobby design, it looked very professional and sophisticated. I also liked the fact that I noticed there games from Netent and few other softwares I like. The registration process was also very simple,I had to write the bonus code and after I did,all that was left was email verification. After all of that was done, I logged in and had my 100ZAR bonus.

I tried to open a few of their games, starting with Gonzo's Quest and Astrocats, but both times I got the message that I don't have any real money funds and only those could be used for these games, so I decided to contact live support to see what I could play. The operator was nice and responded fast, and told me I could play GS games. It worked and I started to play a game called Pharaon Fortune. I played with 2.50 bets and soon enough I managed to get my balance up to 200ZAR. Then I went to play Burning Cherry slot. This time I played with 5zar bets and quite soon I managed to get a 100x bet win and my balance was over 600zar. However, the wagering for this bonus was 99x so that's a lot. I kept playing this game for about an hour but I did lose all the funds eventually.

Overall I think this is an interesting online casino and I definitely think that they seem to be trustworthy. I won't be playing there again, simply because the currency isn't too comfortable for me, but other than that, I think they have great support and wide game selection.

I always try to find some new casino when they offer some nice casino welcome bonus but when they have some freebie or some free spins its better to try some casino for free as I would say try before you buy. The maximum the player can withdraw was exactly R100 which is ridiculous 7 euros as well and there is a catch since you need to deposit around R900 so you could make an withdraw, because minimum the player have to withdraw is R1000.

The other thing I didn't like is their confusing T&C even if you are in restricted country and sign up the live support will tell you if you sign up then you can play and that's ok with them. So AfriCasino are those T&C made just so you could have some or what?

I really don't trust this kind of casinos since if you are in restricted country and still be able to open account you are good to go by their live support agents. I do not recommend players to play here since they have a mess of T&C or their live support doesn't have a clue what they are talking about.
