Withdrawal approved but never received the funds

I played this casino for the very first time and deposited money totaling to more 4000 from the 2 of April 20 to the 16/04/20 and I requested a withdrawal of 2000 that was approved and never got into my acc. I contacted them several times and they asked me to ask my bank with a ref number buy bank said no transaction got that ref no. So went back on chat again and was told to send bank statements so they check. And according to them payment was made on the 16/04/20, but never got it into my acc. So every other day am told to come tomorrow cz finance dept is checking my statement and several times I ask for case number no agent supply it they just hang up and end the chat. The bank statement is only 3 pages and all the references numbers of all the transactions made within the time they claim they paid me is in one column and very clear.
I have all the proof to attach if need be. Thank you.

All that is needed is to have their chat agent up to date with how to trace and reply to questions earnestly, I was given different payout ref and payout date, of which I called my bank with the same ref and it was not found.

I confirm that this is true, sorry for causing all this havoc.
My account receives money from different casinos that I play, hence I never noticed it since I was waiting for a 2000rand payment.

Hello I have had it with being shoved from pillar to post trying to make a withdrawal of a measly amount of R1400. I submitted all documents requested (around 7 or 8 times) each time being told it was too large.... FINALLY i seemed to find a competent Customer Service guy and he said i may send it Via the chat. I Was finally emailed to say my withdrawal was approved (halleluja.... or so i thought) after around a week of sending and resending documents. i was told it would be within 5 days (working)...... this was on the 20th. It is now going into the 2nd of the following month. so i messaged to see what was happening and was again shocked to hear they needed MORE "information" from me. Now what P**SED me RIGHT of is that whoever the fool doing they illusive payments is , They should have had the presence of mind to make contact and let me know this was needed.. But instead its left. Through all this they still have the audacity to email me their "offers" expecting me to deposit again!!! I actually liked this casino (as far as online goes), but considering the amount of money i have spent over the last year and a half there, and this being my first actual attempt at a withdrawal, i have changed my outlook on them. Their so called service is rubbish and i very much doubt i shall be depositing there again! Please see screenshots of emails that i explained to you! thanks and i hope this gets sorted out before i expire of old age!

I have laid a complaint against this Unethical Casino before.

After all they have emailed me again with empty promises and a R500 cash to my account and promise after I waited 3 weeks for my previous withdrawal that they have a fast track withdrawl system in place for all their VIP Customers.

Jason the so called VIP Manager was the one contacted me.

No exactly what happened to me the previous time are happening after I have been caught by their empty promises and businesses ethics

Ask Gamblers I please ask you to consider to blacklist this casino as it is really a disgrace to the online gambling industry.

I am waiting more than 7days now for my withdrawal and thats without the pending time

The amount I am waiting for is R5000.

Spoke to Jeremy as well and he told me 6days ago he can see it is being processed and he told me the same today.

We need to warn other Gamblers against casinos like this.

Please Ask Gamblers I ask you to take a stand against what they are doing and blacklist them.
