I have read OP reviews on 7 spins but I have only made 4 withdrawals. Each one came in through Ecopayz in the time stated. I have won a few promotions here which always helps your overall win rate. Live chat was responsive even though they cannot log in to see what you were talking about last time, but they got me playing pretty quick. Registration took time but once you are in there are a lot of special offers and promos going about, some are just for ypu.

I’m having issues getting a withdrawal. They are giving me the run around. I would not recommend 7spins at all. They claimed I needed to provide further information which I did only to now be told that the amount I’m requesting is too small. $770, it was allowable last week but not this week. Stalling tactics and I’m guessing I won’t get my money at all. Should’ve read the reviews about this crowd first.

They removed the option of deposit with Skrill and Neteller when I almost completed the wager ( freespins winnings). Visa didn't work.
When I asked on the chat why I could't deposit with Skrill, they said that I could use Skrill on my 3rd deposit. The next guy on the chat said nothing about that I could use it on the 3rd deposit, he said that I only could use bitcoin because of the area I'm living in. Seems strange!
The third guy on chat didn't answer when I asked about Skrill. He just wrote back that he could give me a 200% bonus if I deposited!
I would stay away from this casino!

Withdrawal does not add up to AskGamblers review. I was told Pending 3 to 5 days as where on AskGamblers its up to 72hours. Withdrawal method not the same as on AskGamblers. I can only withdraw via ewallet but on AskGamblers its Ewallet and Bank Wire Transfer. Now I have to pay to get my winnings and its going to take forever to reach my bank account.

I opened an account with this casino, put my own money on it. I had it up to almost $1000. The next day log in to play and it says my account was disabled. Looking into it with support and I was told there were several inconsistencies in my information. Funny because everything I used was legit. No one called or emailed or texted me to inquire about these inconsistencies. But OK, close my account indefinitely, don’t care. But where the money I had in my account that was rightfully mine? Wrote emails. The first few they responded when I inquired about where my winnings are, they wrote me back say they send my email off to security so that they can investigate. Four or five days later and still nothing yet.

Generous variety of games including pokies and blackjack

Misleading Information in TOS and other various pages (e.g withdrawal limits)
Very poor live help, if they are unable to solve your problem they disconnect or connect you with another agent and make you explain everything again
Slow withdrawal times (says up to 72 hours but its actually minimum of 72 hours)
Very very poor phone support, only given the number unless the issue is escalated. Obviously situated in India, you can hear laughter in the background, called 8 times but they can't fix the issue with not hearing you, thus making you spend your own money
Bonus program is very poor, never ever, I repeat never elect for bonus funds, if you deposit and get bonus funds, all your winnings including the real money are transferred to bonus funds which require a ridiculous playthrough, thus having minimal chance of actually winning money
Phone support is very poor, I highly recommend not using live casino on the phone due to various glitches (syncing, lag, format etc)
Support on this website, on the whole, is poor, takes days (I once waited more than 4 days) to receive a response on an issue, they are very naive within chat and very often rude too.

After my registration I began to search where to paste my sign up bonus code but there is not a box to do it and I decided to write an email to support team with my code and wanted to explore the games. But im still waiting for an awnser.

My last play at 7 Spins Casino was probably about 9 years or more ago. At that point in time, they were newly launched, all 8 or 9 of them, all grouped under Winward casinos, and offered free chips or bonuses to attract new players. Well, yes, I have to admit, I was one of them, and I have to admit also, I signed up at all their casinos too! Hahaha. Who could resist very tempting free no-deposit bonuses, right?

That was the old story. The new one is, 7 Spins Casino has become accessible again to me, after being blocked off by my local ISP for about 2 years. But, my last black experiences at 2 of Winward's casinos closed all my interests in them completely, until today, and I don't have any intention of rejoining or going back to them again. No sirree! I do not know now if this Blacknote group of casinos is actually the old Winward group or not. It may be a new management, it may not be, but I'm not going to find out either. Either way, it would not make any difference to me, so why bother at all, right?

Having said all that, it is worthy to note that some changes have been made to their Bonus terms and T&C, in particular, requiring having made 1 previous deposit at the casino before any withdrawal claims can be processed. It used to be 3 previous deposits, which was utterly ridiculous! Wagering requirements on bonuses and free spins winnings have not changed much, if not becoming worse. Deposit bonuses now have a 35x deposit+bonus turnover, as opposed to about 25x before, but 99x turnover on free spins remains unchanged, if I'm not mistaken. Games wise, there are only a few game providers games available to play on, so the selection of games remain small and unattractive.

The choice of deposit and withdrawal options are rather limited too, and Neteller is completely not available at all, so that keeps me out of the casino even if I want to rejoin them back, which is unlikely to happen of course. All in all, 7 Spins Casino hasn't got much to offer to attract more new players, except for players from certain countries which cannot sign up at most other casinos. Well, the world is never perfect, and the choices are never equal either. Same goes for my rating too! Hahaha.

Great selection of game's, i think around 100 slots and alot of live tables. 7spins got alot of bonuses of free spins and no deposit bonus. Sadly there is no way to pay them out. A player should read the tearms before start playing so you know whats up. I saw they got a live chat though.

They got a really big amount of games but the loading time of them are really high, dunno why this is actually. I tried the live chat, took me around 30! minutes to get an answer. In my view the live chat wasnt that kind at all, but maybe he had a lot to do.

My time at 7spins Casino was ok. I had played some no deposit bonus to test the platform. They got a lot of different slots. I saw that they got live support but I was not able to get someone. Maybe they got another timezone then me.

I don't like the amount of E-Mail Spam I get from them. There are a lot of bonuses but the main point is they want to get an deposit. What is not wrong, cause that's they're business. But at all I have to say, for an deposit you will need some trust. That I was not able to reach the 24/7 live support doesn't give me a lot of trust so I wont go for an deposit to play more at 7spins. I had a good time but that's enough for me.

They could improve the loading times of the games and the website, cause that is really slow.

I have played alot of games there. I do like the live support and the amount of bonus at 7spins. They also got alot of games and live tables too.

Since ive played alot there, i wanted to withdrawal my winnings. Sadly there it had some problems and im still waiting for answers. The loadtimes of the Site are really bad and most of the games looking cheap and very old. Also the live support is not that friendly and it took me hours to get an answer.

Nothing! I don't understand these negative reviews on 7 Spins. They are the only site I will play on. Yes, you win some and lose some but they always pay out once a week. The only site I had a problem with was Planet 7. 7 Spins is not a scam site. Some of their bonus I don't like but it is your choice to use them or not. They don't force you into using them. I just play with my own money.

Their withdrawals are certainly the slowest that I've ever seen in my 4 years that I've been playing in internet casinos.

My first withdrawal took like 27days. Checking my documents took around 2 weeks and almost another two weeks to get my withdrawal out.

Right now I've made another withdrawal already in 6. February and still it is pending. The chat is not giving any information about what is going on with the withdrawal. They just keep telling me to send emails to some of these: support/accounting/security. I have already sent 3 emails to each of them and none of them is answered. (I asked them what for is the customer service chat here, and they say the chat is only for deposit deals)

I just feel like, they are living in some kind of stone age or they are stalling the withdrawals on purpose.

And another thing: they let you deposit with many methods, like I made my deposits with skrill but they won't allow you to withdraw with the same method. Only bank transfer is available for withdrawals. My first withdrawal was 1000 euros, but I see from the bank, only 470eur has come to my account. The transfers history on their website says the withdrawal was 500eur. (30e vanished somewhere on the way?) And the remaining 500 returned to your account. (wtf? in their rules I see the lowest vip level should be able to withdraw 1000 per week??)

I am just considering should I open a complaint with them, or maybe it is their default withdrawal time around 1 month?

They a wide variety of games. Takes some time for them to pay out, but they also do. Just have to following up. Live customer service support phone number. Some of the reps speak broken English but they do help you.

Overall I do like 7 Spins. Better than some other ones on line.

I thought I liked The $25 no deposit free chip from their emails. But...

I dislike the fact that the $25 free chip is actually practice money. They make it seem like its a normal free chip like other casino, and unless you dive deep into their Terms and Conditions and translate the purposely confusing wordage you would think its real.

After I had my chip added to my balance I played through several thousand dollars, then took it down to about $200, thinking the max withdrawal would be anywhere from $100 to $180 like other casinos free ND bonus chips. But after being ignored by the live chat for a long time I quickly got someone on the chat by saying I had big deposit I wanted to make, I asked the rep about my playthrough and min/max withdrawal and that is when he informed me the no deposit bonus chips are not real money and its just for practice.

So all together with the lack of customer service (unless you say you have a deposit to make), and the shaddy free chip condition and after trying to read the whole terms and conditions, I've concluded that this casino along with the exactly ran sister casinos should be avoided and to never deposit money.
