I got no-deposit bonus free 40€, which I have to wagered 75x. After that, I have winnings 713€. I ask live chat how much I can withdraw, and they said 100€, before I have send documents to verify my account and make deposit (min. 10€). I made 20€ deposit, and I sent the documents. I waited 12 days that they verify account, I sent many emails, and I ask many times to live support, why this takes so long. Then documents have approved, and my account is verifyed. After they verifyed my account, i made first whitdrawal to wire transfer, and it canceled. Now I made 100€ deposit to skrill (18.12), because it seems that wire transfer cannot take less than 500€. Today 21.12 my whitdrawal is again canceled, and the money are back in my account balance. I have tried to ask live chat and email support too many times, and I dont get the answer what is problem there. I just want my money back. AskGamblers, can you help my?
