I have received no response from my withdrawal since 6/28/17. I sent them the documents they asked for and did not receive any response confirming my documents. Also my balance remains the same on the site. Live chat doesn't work when I ask them about it I was referred to an email for support. My withdrawal was for $295 dollars. I hoped to atleast get a confirm or denial of my withdrawal but instead I received nothing in two weeks.
