123VegasWin - Delayed withdrawal, no way of contacting this casino

I joined this casino on 14/07/16 after finding them on AskGamblers. I deposited £20 and then a further £30. After playing through the bonus successfully, I made a withdrawal of £550 via Neteller (copy attached) and was to wait 24-48 hours for approval. I thought nothing more of it and continued to deposit and play over the weekend, and with each deposit received an email confirmation receipt. On Monday 18/07/16, I replied to my withdrawal confirmation email asking if they required anything further from me and got no response so on Tuesday 19/07/16 I went onto Chat on the website (which isn't actually a chat - it sends them an email!) and asked again if they required any further information. I also called the number given for UK players but this merely goes to an answering machine every time you call it. Still no response on Wednesday so emailed again and tried calling again and no response and today (which counts as the fifth working day) still no response via email or phone messages. I am now extremely concerned that this is some sort of scam (after seeing my bank statement - the payment processor is based in China!). There is absolutely no way of contacting the casino, yet their Contact page includes the statement "Please email our support team at [email protected] for any matters relating to our casino and your question will be answered as quickly as possible, and within 24 hours. You can also contact our Live Support by telephone on +44 845 299 3715 during UK working hours." This is simply not true. The FAQ page states any withdrawal request will be approved or rejected within 5 business days and they state "If your withdrawal request has not been settled within the time period described above, or if you are experiencing any problems, please contact our support staff." but like my title says there is no way of contacting this casino.

123VegasWin - Not paying my 1500 withdrawal and no support

I deposited 50 euro with 200% bonus, played for days, cleared wagering as wagering is very high. Made a withdrawal of 1500 euros, but still haven't received it in the time scale the casino has stated, made at least 40 phone calls to support, couldn't get an answer once, only goes through to answer phone service, also sent 3 emails but no response on either. i can see that this casino has past experiences of doing the same thing to other users. I will attach the email trail below.

To whom it may concern, I have had $33.34 deducted from my card ending in 7897 on 6th April. I did not do this and I DO NOT gamble online. I don't want to gamble online, I had nothing to do with the E-Voucher payment which is stated on my bank details of the transaction. I would like my money to be replaced Immediately, It is currently pending, so could you please cancel the transaction so I can get access to my money. This money was sent to me to help me buy food. 123VegasWin - I cannot neither cashout nor have the autobonus removed

Hello, I have deposited 100EUR to the 123vegaswin like 2 months ago then got some autobonus which I didn't want so I have tried to contact them to remove this but they didn't reply. So I made a cashout my original deposit but after 2-4 days (not sure)it has been cancelled. I have contacted them again and again no reply. Hi team, As you will see from attached I have emailed TotalEsoft, and TotalEsoft companies 123vegaswin, crimsonbet, betbow (as would seem to be same company evidenced by screenshots, and withdrawal confirmation comes from TotalEsoft) without response. June 13 - initial withdrawal request. Some weeks later - money appeared back in casino account. July 5 - Withdrawal requested re-submitted. Current 30 July - Funds not in casino account nor Neteller account. Have not received a single response regarding the withdrawal. Have also called TotalEsoft ph number many times. Decent amount of slots to play with, choice of deposit options. That is the sum of any positive comments and this is only to fill in the space provided.

This has to be the worst casino in respect of customer service I have ever come across. Emails go unanswered, live chat came on once, I asked a question and they never came back. They automatically apply bonuses and there is no way of opting out and it is no good emailing or asking live chat to remove the bonus because you are ignored. I have emailed on three occasions asking them to close my account, not a scooby back, it is like the Marie Cileste.

Didn't win and it is just as well because looking at previous comments, the chances of my getting any winnings would probably be zilch. I am surprised they have been given just over 5 stars, they do not deserve one star. There are plenty of online casinos out there and treat customers fairly and I regret ever signing up at 123vegaswin.

I will have to say that the name of the casino didn’t impressed me, but I decided to join because I saw it on AskGamblers and it was stated that it has Betsoft and NetEnt slots! I created my account, I realized that they also have Romanian language, it was good news because I am feeling very good when I am playing at a casino that has my native language. I made a 20$ deposit to receive a 200% bonus, so another 40$, but with 50 x wagering requirements! I want to say that the website isn’t well designed, it is very simple, no nice skin or arrangement of the items.

Anyway, with 60$ in my account, I decided to play Silent Run, knowing that is a good slot to wager a bonus. But, surprise, where are the NetEnt games? I realized that there are no NetEnt slots, or maybe I was blind and I didn’t saw them! Being disappointed, I opened a Betsoft slot, Rook’s Revenge, because this is the most popular slot for me, and I started to spin! I managed to catch the free spins but didn’t paid me well, gave me only a 5$ win, very disappointing! Because the minimum bet was too big for me, about 1 hour later I lost the money and I was upset, obviously!

They don’t have a lot of payment options but they have the important ones, so I will give an 8!

The games disappointed me, they have unknown games for me, so I will give only a 6! Also the payout rate wasn’t good, I lost 60$ very fast, in about 1 hour of play, no big wins, so I will give another 6.

Under this not very good and clever casino name we can find Net Entertainment slots, and of course I try this casino, and like many others casinos, this casino gets only one deposit from me.

Casino is licensed on Costa Rica and I did not know is this safe place or no. And i forget to add that on the site you can found also Betsoft games, this is absolutely not interesting or important for me, but probably someone love this software, and this is needed info for such gamblers.

123 Vegas win casino offers to new players 100 % bonus on first deposit, which is nice of course, but the wagering requirements is a bit high as for me, 25 x deposit plus bonus, but come on, this is still bonus and boost for deposit, and I actually do not care about such things.

I made 20 euros real money deposit from my Skrill account, and start playing Dead or alive, I decide this days to try only this slot and see how it goes. With 40 euros on my account I had choice play at 0.36 or 0.27 because everything higher is like suicide, so I just started playing 0.36 bets, I spent on DOA two hours of my life, in total get around 10 or even 15 features, but no of them was more than 100 x total bet, and this is how this slot works, nothing or all, and I like this idea.

I think 123 VegasWin casino is good place, but of course I can not be sure, license is by Costa Rica, and I have no idea where is Costa Rica, and is it safe license or no, so better wait review of someone else to make your decision about this casino.
