I will have to say that the name of the casino didn’t impressed me, but I decided to join because I saw it on AskGamblers and it was stated that it has Betsoft and NetEnt slots! This has to be the worst casino in respect of customer service I have ever come across. Emails go unanswered, live chat came on once, I asked a question and they never came back. They automatically apply bonuses and there is no way of opting out and it is no good emailing or asking live chat to remove the bonus because you are ignored. I have emailed on three occasions asking them to close my account, not a scooby back, it is like the Marie Cileste.
Didn't win and it is just as well because looking at previous comments, the chances of my getting any winnings would probably be zilch. I am surprised they have been given just over 5 stars, they do not deserve one star.
