Hi i win 9000 on winner casino i send all the document requiered and everything was approve they said they make the payment but after 5 days i received nothing i go see my email and they said they put the money back into my account because they cannot do the wire transfert and look into my banking info. I double check my banking info and everything fine so i dont know what to do and actually i miss 2000 on my money because i make 2 withdraw first one of 2000 and when i was approve i make one of 6000 and they just put the 6000 back

Not paying my winnings

I won 1900 at this casino I have for the past 5 weeks tried to get my winnings every time I do a withdrawal it gets reversed I have contacted my bank they told me winner was using the wrong card number and incorrect expiry date on card I have since submitted correct card and number and expiry date also copy of my passport and a utility bill with my address I have also tried a bank transfer which didn't work and have since asked for a manual withdrawal from them I have supplied all relevant information such as correct card and expiry date plus my new Zealand bank account number but still no money from this site I am a VIP member Kevin the VIP customer service manager disconnected me today deliberately so that he did not have to deal with the issue I want you to step in and get my money they dont mind taking it but don't want to pay me back with the winnings

Refusing to Accept POA Document

Winner Casino have provided me with the worse customer service I have ever known, I won a small amount of £1888 in the casino wallet, and they asked for some documents to verify my account. I sent them all different type of documents, however they come back to me and told me that my bank statement was out of date. This was fair enough so I sent them a printed bank statement of my Coop Bank, which again they did not accept because it was printed. This was rather frustrating, but I wanted my withdrawal so I phoned up coop bank and asked them to change my paperless setting to send statements through the post, so I could get an official bank statement.

After 2 week I eventually got a official bank statement from coop through the post, which is perfectly valid and within date. I can even email this to you (ASK GAMBLERS) to show how official it is. However when I send it to winner, they are now saying the statement I have sent is the wrong type, and when I ask them what is a wrong type they just say they cannot explain futher.

Sorry but Coop bank is the only bank I am with and I live with my parents so dont have any other utility bill so I want Winner Casino, to stop using delaying tactics and just accept my document and ultimately pay me my winnings! The Statement even shows the deposit made to winner casino, and they are still refusing it, its awful and they should be ashamed.

Unable to make withdrawal

I have made my first deposit of 2500 Eur on 29. October and played a little bit of poker that day. I needed my money and I have made withdraw request on 30. October which was declined. I have received an email that I did not wager enough of my deposited funds in order to make a withdraw. After that, I was contacted by their representative which asked a lot of question and asked me to send them my paychecks from the bank for the last 3 months which I did: I have also verified my account before that. After that, they have sent me an email that my account is verified and that I need to rollover my deposit in order to make a withdrawal but rollover must be done in casino section and they have told me that I cannot play poker on their site anymore and they have blocked poker games for me. I thought I will try to lose as less as I can and decided to play roulette. I have played 67 roulette games where I covered every single number on roulette and I was losing 1Eur per round. I made rollover of 2500 euros and thought I can make a withdraw now but my withdrawal request was declined again with the explanation that only slots have 100% wager percentage contribution and roulette has only 25%. I tried to make a withdraw in the amount of only 20Eur but was declined again. I have sent them a few emails but they were not responding and they blocked live chat for me. I have called them and tried to get an explanation for all of that but they are just telling me that this is their decision and that I have to play some casino games in order to make a withdraw. My only purpose of depositing there was for playing poker and I do not feel comfortable to play casino games which they are forcing me to play. Basically, they are forcing me to lose my money on purpose. I have called them today again and asked from them to allow me to play poker and that I will play as much as they want because I know how to do it but they said because of security reasons poker will continue to be blocked for me. After that I have asked from them to close my account and if they want they can take some fee on my funds but they have said that it can not be done before I rollover my deposited amount in casino section. This is written in their terms and conditions:

You can do so at any time, provided that your Account is not expected to become in debit/deficit pursuant to any liabilities incurred through your gaming activities. I do not want to lose more of my money, I have already lost 67 Eur on purpose thinking I will be able to make a withdraw but now they are forcing me to play other games. Please help me with this, I am open to playing poker on their site to make needed rollover or for paying the fee for withdrawing the money.

Closed account and confiscated winnings for no reason

Hello Askgamblers, i write you because i have a problem with winner casino.
Here is my issue.
I made deposit at Winners from 200 GBP with paypal and make profit from 1050 GBP from my cash balance. My account was automated verified since i am UK residence, so i request withdraw via PayPal, but i did not receive it, so i ask them on live chat what is the problem and they write me to send my ID and bank statement for verification, so i send them my needed documents and next day my account was close and they just send me back the deposit from 200 and confiscate the rest 850 GBP. So I try to write them e-mail to ask why, but i did not have any answer or what so ever. So can you help me with that, because it is not fare, i deposit made a profit from my real cash, not bonus profit, my account was automated verified and they just close with no reason at all.

Missing funds from a huge 400,000 ZAR win

Please see credit balance is Rand . The following week I was away . Once returned and wanted to check with them if I can withdraw my money and it was missing . They then said there is no trace of my R400 000 that was in my account . Wouldn't let me withdraw my money

Hi, I won around £680 which wasn't bonus money but from direct deposits from credit cards. I tried to withdraw these winnings but was told I couldn't as they were linked to a bonus. Totally false. I had already lost my sign up bonus so this was new money not linked to previous bets. I phoned customer service and was put on hold 3 times for over 5 minutes. The rep mentioned something about waiting 24 hours but no other website makes you wait this long for a withdrawal. Keeping somebody's winnings amounts to stealing in my opinion and am really surprised this company has a licence. Really poor at everything.

Impossible to cash out

Winner casino have been nothing but a nightmare. It took 2 weeks of constant emailing back and forth things like my passport. My bank statements. They werenr happy. Thry asked for a picture of ne holding my passport with my arms visible. When i actually acconplished this. They claimed it wasnt clear and asked for another. I sent another which was the clearest photo you could imagine taking. The serial number iwas even readable.... THEY REJECTED IT. I finally gave up only to raise a complaint so.i could seek.outside help and much to.my amazement a vip manager emailed me saying my account was now verified. 2 weeks since i won the money i was actually able to request my withdrawal for £1000. Absolute miracle. Or not. I requested it on friday just gone. I was advised up to 2 business days to process it. On the third day iml queried it and was told it was 3 days. Its not the 4th day and each day i ask them.why its processes they give me a reassuring statement and tell me to wait for an update via email. Its been 3 weeks since i won money and winner just will not send it. I must add that the games at winner are great. Playtech you either hate or love them. The bonuses and sporrs bonuses are also great... but whats the point in great bonuses when its so difficult to actually get the casino to pay out? I hope this can be resolved and winner can gain my.trust because i would actualy like to use them again if this circumstance is rare. But as far as i can see at the moment its not rare

Verification issues and unable to withdraw

I have followed all the correct procedures, providing winner with necessary documentation when requested and now my account has been blocked, and I am owed £357. Each time I contact support I am told that the department that deals with verification are not available but they will put in a request on my behalf. The initial email I received informed me that if I had not heard back within 72 hours, I should assume that all documents had been cleared and my account verified. This is clearly not the case, the staff have been unhelpful, and this is the worst experience I have had with an online casino so far. Unable to request a withdrawal

I deposited via debit card. I wanted to withdraw a certain amount which I was unable to do. After querying, I was informed I am unable to withdraw as its not supported for withdrawals. I then asked if I could please withdraw via Skrill or Electronic transfer and I was informed no....only via the method which I have deposited. My argument is why do they accept my deposit if I am unable to withdraw on that debit card. I regard it as stealing. What if I won a huge jackpot and unable to get the money? Nothing at all! The most basic, sloppy, scam of casino I have seen in a long time. They have limited slot-games. They have virtually non-existent process to verify you so you end in a total limbo for days on end trying to verify your account via emails and chats and their basic system. Its appalling and nerve breaking dealing with such a dishonest fraud.

You would send KYC documents that are perfect again and again and again, you can send different documents, cards, whatever you have as you have done with many casinos out there, and they will still refuse it without explanation. Their goal? Not to pay you. And looking now the comments here this is their normal way of operating. Stay away from this casino they will scam you no matter how perfect of player you are. If this happen to you do as I did. Open report to MGA website where they hold license to be investigated. The more people do that the bigger chance fake casinos like this one is to be closed. And go to a small claim EU court. This caisnos should be banned from any reputable affiliate.

Nothing, there is nothing to like. I have been watching this site for a very long time, more than a year and still nothing to like. Do yourself a favour and stay away, find another site.

They are extremely quick to take your money but not a single game you play will pay. Of all the on line casinos I have used this one has the worst payout ever. It probably is not possible I know, but you are guarenteed to lose all your money here every time always very quickly. After many deposits and playing I never find a balance more than what I deposited to start with regardless what games you play. STAY AWAY

I like the sportsbook. All specific lines option are well welcomed to me!
Casino bonus & gift is often offered. I like the design of the transaction history, bonus information , account balance and so on!
A large variety of slot and provider !! Not sure if you can play more than one slot at the time but the casino seems to have nice backing money to make it worth playing bigger than micro stakes!
again a lot of choice of game. Fast customer service!

Withdrawal could be faster, responsable gaming could also be more accurate so you could really aim what you like and don't like!
The sportsbook live cashout could be improved imo. Probably only less then 10 % of the lines are available for live cashout

Winner has closed my account due to a management decision. I was told that I have breached the T&Cs however I have not done anything wrong. In order to refund the money on my account they asked for ID verification but when I sent them the documents they have refused them twice even though both the attachments are clear and legible.

It seems that Winner casino is a scam and should I not receive the funds from my account I will report them to the UK Gambling committee since their behavior is infuriating and they act in bad faith. Their agents on the phones keep repeating the same things from a script and they will never log a complaint or escalate the call to a supervisor. I am surprised they are allowed to operate in UK

The fact you can use paypal and I found the customer support to be great! Slots payed out big time for me I won £8000 on King Kong slot with a £150 deposit and bonus money had to reach playthrough but and could have took £5000 messed up and ended up with £700 but it was paid no problem now self excluded due to doing that but good casino.

If you like a casino with only a handful of really old and basic slot games to help you remissness about the dial-up era then this site is for you.

They only have about 30 slots here so no more having to sort through all the latest games to find them.

Their customer service is by far the worst I have come across in 20 years of online gambling and I have had dozens of accounts. They are rude, unhelpful and they truly do not give a toss about their customers. My advice is to avoid this site like the plague

Since I joined Winner Casino more than 13 years ago, I have not been active at all, because my account had been locked, due to the existence of multiple duplicated accounts. But last year, I managed to get in touch with the casino's Support team again, requested for my account to be reactivated, giving my reasons why, including why those earlier duplicated accounts were made, not for abuse of their bonuses, but simply because I couldn't log in. My earlier similar requests had been rejected a few times before this, but due to the recent blockage of my ISP, I just had to give it another try. Well, luck was on my side this time around, and obviously too, the Winner Casino now wasn't like the Winner Casino of many years ago. My request for my account reactivation was finally accepted, I thanked them for it, and I have been playing at Winner Casino ever since, with no regrets at all whatsoever.

Its website is much nicer and contemporary than it was years ago, at par with any other current Playtech casino now. I used to dislike its 'old style' web pages, but it's all in the past, all done and over with. In fact, Winner Casino is the last few remaining casinos available for me to play at, including its sister Winner Club Casino too, and is currently my top 3 favourite, trailing behind Grand Reef and African Palace Casinos. Winner Casino doesn't have super attractive promotions like Grand Reef and African Palace do, so it's pretty hard for Winner to beat the top 2.

Withdrawal times have also improved over the years, Nowadays, I could get my withdrawal payments within 3 days, which is a little more satisfying for me than that of Grand Reef and African Palace, which would take 4 to 5 days usually. But 1 or 2 days difference is really nothing much. It's the regular promotions that matters to me more. In fact, African Palace is becoming slightly more aggressive than its sister Grand Reef, and it should be able to take my number one spot soon enough. How I wish Winner and Winner Club Casinos could do the same too, and give a good run for the top spot, but I don't think this is likely, not in the near future anyway.

After playing at Winner Casino for almost a year now, I have not had a single complaint to make against them! All my withdrawals were without any problems at all. Whatever promotions I took from the casino went smoothly all the time, unlike at William Hill Casino. I really cannot understand why there are still complaints against Winner. Perhaps it's just the players' own fault, for not knowing the casino's terms and conditions. Who knows. As for me, it is my number 3 favourite Playtech Casino for now, and probably for many more years to come.

This casino is an absolute disgrace. I played through free bonus money and reached £400 at which point I requested a withdrawal. I was told I had to deposit £10 which I done so straight away. I then attempted a withdrawal again and received an error message. I then emailed again and told them about this. At this point they said someone would be in touch in 24 - 48 hours. No one got in touch with me.

Knowing I would never receive the money from the other views on this site, I played with the money but emailed again and asked for a refund on the £10 deposit I made but they are refusing to give me it. Disgrace. I believe they told me to deposit just to get the money off me but didn't have any intention of giving me the money I won.

Nothing. Really bad selection of games. Feels like every game is rigged to payout poorly.

Really bad selection of games. Playing on mobile you have no real choice apart from a variety of lesser known games which fail to pay (Playtech). Don't get me wrong I'm not bitter at losing as I only deposited a couple of hundred but the games and payout look to make the most of collecting players money. You have no chance especially with the crap games. I'd avoid this place like the plague. God knows how they got rated in the top 10 online casino's on google. Thats how I found them and obviously paying to have that status.
