I dislike like that you can reverse withdrawals whenever you like I think when you hit withdrawal that should be it no other option but to withdraw apart from that all good.

The additional fee's that are incurred are charged by your bank or it's intermediary, you will need to contact them regarding the additional fee's

I was told by my bank that they hadn't charged any fee on the transaction so I'm still wondering where the $17.89 went to.
