Casino Mate - Two-month withdrawal drama

I made a withdrawal of $ 2800 on the 3rd june 2015. I needed to verify cards and my account which i did and the casino said my payment should be in within 3-7 working days. I did not receive any money. Almost everyday for the past 2 months i hav been emailing, live chatting or calling them and getting told a different story. One minute its been processed and to wait the next i need more documents to verify my acc the next it was rejected and they took $150 out of it..
They told me to change my withdrawal method as they claimed it was rejected by my bank but my bank has no record of it. So i did and im still waiting.. i dont know where to go next

Sorry i only have internet on my phone and had no reception where i was. 2 days after i made this complaint i was paid. Thank u
