Account closure with no reason stated

As soon as I win a big amount off money I withdrawled it then I verified my account they called me up saying it has approved now just wait for your money it's pending then I woke up today trying to log in my account and found it blocked I called them up he said my account has been locked for security reasons as soon as I win money which I find funny and the person I was talking to on the phone was struggling to give me answers on why my account is locked im just upset at the fact I put so much money through there website to find out this.

The credit card registered by Joseph with which he initiated purchases was entered into our system by Joseph, as himself being the owner of that particular card. After receiving his documentation we found this was not the case and the credit card used to make those said purchases did not belong to Joseph.

All purchases on account where made through this card. These purchases where refunded to the card owner.

Joseph was in breach of the casino's terms and conditions under “Account Cancellation” – clause 3.1.2.

The credit card registered by Joseph with which he initiated purchases was entered into our system by Joseph, as himself being the owner of that particular card. After receiving his documentation we found this was not the case and the credit card used to make those said purchases did not belong to Joseph.

Due to the breach of our Terms and Conditions as listed below, his casino account was locked. The purchases made off the card was refunded to the original owner of the card and all winnings are deemed null in void.

3.1 Account Cancellation

Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to cancel an account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to the Player. Any balance in the casino account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to the Player's credit card or sent to the Player by check. In some circumstances, an alternative payment method may be required in order to return the balance amount to the player. However, Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to lock any accounts, void any winnings and confiscate any account balance in the Player's casino account in any of the following circumstances:

3.1.2 If the name on the Player's casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s), or other banking methods used to make purchases on the Player's casino account;

I talked to the lawyer of my employers' restaurant and he told me to do this here.

thanks askgamblers for creating this opportunity, i have little hopes but better than nothing.

lawyers are expensive so i' ll try this way.

i created my account on casino-mate and houseofjack, since they belong together, on 21st of october 2018.

i was lucky to win on both sites on first deposit bonus, on mate 1700€ and on houseofjack a similar amount.

I played pollen party with 7,50€ per spin which is their maxbet and all fine.

Mate was rated good overall on the internet so i thought i could trust them.

however, this turned out to be wrong and i dont see other possibility.

i asked for withdrawal several times, even deposited some more money to play but my withdrawal was each time rejected.

now the status is AdminModification which i dont understand and they keep telling me its under investigation.

i got my first 900€ from house of jack but since then theyre also declining every withdrawal.

like 3000€ for me is much money i have to work 2 months for that and they take my money.

i contacted live support around 5 times, first they told me bills were blurry but i uploaded 3 different ones which is not easy because they dont take online-pdf-bills but i found some in my documents.

also, i talked to them on the phone on november 5th (last monday) and they told me all would be done and verified and stuff on wednesday (nov 7th).

now i have been waiting for over three weeks and they dont come to a solution.

support told me on the phone there were other accounts in the region etc. etc. but i dont know about that??

i just like to gamble in breaks from work and they took all my money and happiness about the win.

please help i attached below.
