Wrong banking information

Hi i win 9000 on winner casino i send all the document requiered and everything was approve they said they make the payment but after 5 days i received nothing i go see my email and they said they put the money back into my account because they cannot do the wire transfert and look into my banking info. I double check my banking info and everything fine so i dont know what to do and actually i miss 2000 on my money because i make 2 withdraw first one of 2000 and when i was approve i make one of 6000 and they just put the 6000 back

Not paying my winnings

I won 1900 at this casino I have for the past 5 weeks tried to get my winnings every time I do a withdrawal it gets reversed I have contacted my bank they told me winner was using the wrong card number and incorrect expiry date on card I have since submitted correct card and number and expiry date also copy of my passport and a utility bill with my address I have also tried a bank transfer which didn't work and have since asked for a manual withdrawal from them I have supplied all relevant information such as correct card and expiry date plus my new Zealand bank account number but still no money from this site I am a VIP member Kevin the VIP customer service manager disconnected me today deliberately so that he did not have to deal with the issue I want you to step in and get my money they dont mind taking it but don't want to pay me back with the winnings

Refusing to Accept POA Document

Winner Casino have provided me with the worse customer service I have ever known, I won a small amount of £1888 in the casino wallet, and they asked for some documents to verify my account. I sent them all different type of documents, however they come back to me and told me that my bank statement was out of date. This was fair enough so I sent them a printed bank statement of my Coop Bank, which again they did not accept because it was printed. This was rather frustrating, but I wanted my withdrawal so I phoned up coop bank and asked them to change my paperless setting to send statements through the post, so I could get an official bank statement.

After 2 week I eventually got a official bank statement from coop through the post, which is perfectly valid and within date. I can even email this to you (ASK GAMBLERS) to show how official it is. However when I send it to winner, they are now saying the statement I have sent is the wrong type, and when I ask them what is a wrong type they just say they cannot explain futher.

Sorry but Coop bank is the only bank I am with and I live with my parents so dont have any other utility bill so I want Winner Casino, to stop using delaying tactics and just accept my document and ultimately pay me my winnings! The Statement even shows the deposit made to winner casino, and they are still refusing it, its awful and they should be ashamed.

Unable to make withdrawal

I have made my first deposit of 2500 Eur on 29. October and played a little bit of poker that day. I needed my money and I have made withdraw request on 30. October which was declined. I have received an email that I did not wager enough of my deposited funds in order to make a withdraw. After that, I was contacted by their representative which asked a lot of question and asked me to send them my paychecks from the bank for the last 3 months which I did: I have also verified my account before that. After that, they have sent me an email that my account is verified and that I need to rollover my deposit in order to make a withdrawal but rollover must be done in casino section and they have told me that I cannot play poker on their site anymore and they have blocked poker games for me. I thought I will try to lose as less as I can and decided to play roulette. I have played 67 roulette games where I covered every single number on roulette and I was losing 1Eur per round. I made rollover of 2500 euros and thought I can make a withdraw now but my withdrawal request was declined again with the explanation that only slots have 100% wager percentage contribution and roulette has only 25%. I tried to make a withdraw in the amount of only 20Eur but was declined again. I have sent them a few emails but they were not responding and they blocked live chat for me. I have called them and tried to get an explanation for all of that but they are just telling me that this is their decision and that I have to play some casino games in order to make a withdraw. My only purpose of depositing there was for playing poker and I do not feel comfortable to play casino games which they are forcing me to play. Basically, they are forcing me to lose my money on purpose. I have called them today again and asked from them to allow me to play poker and that I will play as much as they want because I know how to do it but they said because of security reasons poker will continue to be blocked for me. After that I have asked from them to close my account and if they want they can take some fee on my funds but they have said that it can not be done before I rollover my deposited amount in casino section. This is written in their terms and conditions:

Closed account and confiscated winnings for no reason

Hello Askgamblers, i write you because i have a problem with winner casino.
Here is my issue.
I made deposit at Winners from 200 GBP with paypal and make profit from 1050 GBP from my cash balance. My account was automated verified since i am UK residence, so i request withdraw via PayPal, but i did not receive it, so i ask them on live chat what is the problem and they write me to send my ID and bank statement for verification, so i send them my needed documents and next day my account was close and they just send me back the deposit from 200 and confiscate the rest 850 GBP. So I try to write them e-mail to ask why, but i did not have any answer or what so ever. So can you help me with that, because it is not fare, i deposit made a profit from my real cash, not bonus profit, my account was automated verified and they just close with no reason at all.

Missing funds from a huge 400,000 ZAR win

Wouldn't let me withdraw my money

Hi, I won around £680 which wasn't bonus money but from direct deposits from credit cards. I tried to withdraw these winnings but was told I couldn't as they were linked to a bonus. Totally false. I had already lost my sign up bonus so this was new money not linked to previous bets. I phoned customer service and was put on hold 3 times for over 5 minutes. The rep mentioned something about waiting 24 hours but no other website makes you wait this long for a withdrawal. Keeping somebody's winnings amounts to stealing in my opinion and am really surprised this company has a licence. Really poor at everything.

Impossible to cash out

Winner casino have been nothing but a nightmare. It took 2 weeks of constant emailing back and forth things like my passport. My bank statements. They werenr happy. Thry asked for a picture of ne holding my passport with my arms visible. When i actually acconplished this. They claimed it wasnt clear and asked for another. I sent another which was the clearest photo you could imagine taking. The serial number iwas even readable.... THEY REJECTED IT. I finally gave up only to raise a complaint so.i could seek.outside help and much to.my amazement a vip manager emailed me saying my account was now verified. 2 weeks since i won the money i was actually able to request my withdrawal for £1000. Absolute miracle. Or not. I requested it on friday just gone. I was advised up to 2 business days to process it. On the third day iml queried it and was told it was 3 days. Its not the 4th day and each day i ask them.why its processes they give me a reassuring statement and tell me to wait for an update via email. Its been 3 weeks since i won money and winner just will not send it. I must add that the games at winner are great. Playtech you either hate or love them. The bonuses and sporrs bonuses are also great... but whats the point in great bonuses when its so difficult to actually get the casino to pay out? Verification issues and unable to withdraw

I have followed all the correct procedures, providing winner with necessary documentation when requested and now my account has been blocked, and I am owed £357. Each time I contact support I am told that the department that deals with verification are not available but they will put in a request on my behalf. The initial email I received informed me that if I had not heard back within 72 hours, I should assume that all documents had been cleared and my account verified. This is clearly not the case, the staff have been unhelpful, and this is the worst experience I have had with an online casino so far. Unable to request a withdrawal

I deposited via debit card. I wanted to withdraw a certain amount which I was unable to do. After querying, I was informed I am unable to withdraw as its not supported for withdrawals. I then asked if I could please withdraw via Skrill or Electronic transfer and I was informed no....only via the method which I have deposited. My argument is why do they accept my deposit if I am unable to withdraw on that debit card. I regard it as stealing. What if I won a huge jackpot and unable to get the money? This great casino got my attention after offering me a great first deposit bonus. Since there were rumours circulating on the internet regarding non payments, I first did some more research on this casino.After personally asking other players to their experience, I decided to give it a try.

Winner Casino is just like the other Playtech casino's, nothing exceptional worth to mention. Very important to me is the fact that they offer low limit live roulette.At Winner roulette counts towards fulfilling bonus playthough. Good for me. All common deposit methods are available, also a big pro.

Although their customer support never let me down, it can take a while before you can speak to them. The way they communicate looks a bit amateurish,it's like they are communicating on 'street 'level. Here is definitely some room for improvement. But as I said, they get the job done, and that is what counts at the end. By the way, the support is not 24/7 available. Most of the time they are online, except during nights or early morning.

Then my favorite part: withdrawing your winnings. I was a bit scared... would this casino give me a hard time? It was a big pleasant surprise to me that my withdrawal request was handled so quickly.In their email confirmation it is stated that the request takes 4 business days to be processed. Well, I got my money after 3 normal days (Saturday and Sunday included). That is what I call excellent customer care. Excellent with great capital letters!!

One more other item I would like to discuss: free bonuses. Regular depositors get regular free bonuses a lot.The amount you get for free may not be that high as in other casino's, but you'll get them on a regular basis, much more often than in other casino's.A small minor point is that you have to fulfill these darn wagering requirements. Winner Casino is run by the Playtech software, in my eyes one of the best casinos you can play in. This Casino will always hold a special place in my heart as it has been the most profitable casino I have played in to date and the first time I have ever won a progressive jackpot. I have now been lucky to win three!!.

First of all I started off here making a deposit of £20 and I received a 100% match so I had £40 in my bankroll to play with. At the time I had never played Pink Panther before this was my first time. It is a 40 line slot with a minimum bet per line of 1p and there are two progressives’ jackpots to be win which are randomly triggered. The bonus game, which is 1 of 3 different ones, is also random. This concept was new to me as I was used to the bonus symbols appearing on the win lines. Anyway after a while I had my first bonus game and it was painting the fence, you get three chances of winning an amount. The other two bonus games are free spins and a stepping one where you also get three chances of winning, all three pay out generously if you manage to get them. Anyway I done really well on this game from the very start, I was playing it through the space of two days and had got my balance over £100 on the second day after about three hours I had the bonus feature I thought it would just be the same as all other times but this time it said JACKPOT FEATURE! Back in early 2010 I opened an account at Winner Casino, which was a recent arrival to the online gaming scene. I came to discover that it was part of the long established Casino Partners group that operates a sizeable number of iPoker and Playtech sites, some of which I had belonged to for years (like the well-known Titan Poker). In fact, I had already registered at (the also new) Winner Poker barely four months before, although that experience had not turned out well as I lost my initial deposit and accumulated bonus winnings.

I was not risking my own money at the casino to start, however, as I had found out about an exclusive $20 no deposit bonus for new players. After carefully following the instructions from the referring site on how to download, register and claim the welcome offer –it may have taken an extra day or two for the free funds to be added after registering a credit card for verification purposes -- I was eventually ready to start playing. The bonus was restricted to slots, I remember, but the other promotional T&Cs have mostly faded from my memory (though I recall a 40x WR).

I tried Winner casino from finding their name advertised on a lot of late night digital channels and thought that I would give them a go.It was a good sign that their website was well designed and they looked professional and not like a scam site from halfway around the world.I did have a quick chat with their customer support team because I did not want to be locked into a long time where I would have to wager my way out.The actual wager requirements are pretty big - so I just deposited without getting the bonus.
