Ever since my local ISP has been blocked off from accessing most Playtech casinos, only a few remain for me to play at, and Vegas Red Casino is one of them. This long established and reputable casino has not really been one of my favourites, simply due to its non-attractive bonuses and promotional offers. Very rarely would I get a 100% match deposit bonus offer, for example. I have always preferred the downloaded version, for easier access to the games and for uninterrupted play. Mobile Play is however still not available at Vegas Red and I don't really know if it's in the pipeline or not. Only a very few Playtech casinos have a Mobile version. Another good thing that has been included, which wasn't there some time ago, is the Bonus wagering tracking, which I cannot do without. It was really hard to keep track of my wagering progress before this, and I'm really glad that this is no longer a problem.

Nonetheless, one bad thing still remains up till now - the Live Chat Support is still not available 24/7/365 days as preferred, even though their Support Team is available 24/7 by phone or email, which is not really very convenient for most customers, and certainly not for me. Nothing beats the instant assistance from a Live Chat host. Well, I really don't know why Vegas Red Casino hasn't implement this important aspect as yet, which I think should have been done by now.

Where withdrawals are concerned, I find that their subsidiary, Fastengine, doesn't make fast enough payments as customers would want and prefer. Payments still take about 4 to 5 days to complete, just as it did several years ago. I cannot recall if there was ever a time when I got my payment within 3 days or less. Although this is not really slow, but customers nowadays want everything to be as instant as the casino takes their deposits! Some other non-Playtech casinos have indeed achieved payment speeds of just a few minutes, so it's really a wonder why Playtech casinos cannot achieve this.

Despite all the good and the bad, Vegas Red Casino shall remain as one casino that I shall keep playing in. Not as regularly as I would play at my favourites, but on and off, to keep it alive and active.

OMG the pop up support chat is so irritating!!! They interrupt deposits and game play trying to scam you with special offers. They offer you silver membership if you deposit $100 then after you deposit say it will surely come if you deposit $150 more. They always want you to play jackpot games so I think they must get a bonus for every player they steer into a certain jackpot slot. I would play there all the time if only they got rid of "support"!

Game RTP was good and I completed wagering. I signup for no deposit bonus for $20 and completed wagering on Streak of Luck. I really like this game of Playtech.

Withdrawal a nightmare.
My money has been pending for 6 days. I just don't understand, they rejected my withdrawal twice and feedback was received within 24 hours, now its been 6 days since my withdrawal and nothing is happening/ no feedback and customer service just assuring me my withdrawal is being processed and they sent follow up emails etc.

Stay away if and I'll never deposit ever again here.

I had a very bad experience with this casino. The first time I played on the casino I made a withdraw of 40 000 on the 26th of May, guess what- still not payed to me.
Now they telling me they are waiting for updated. I have received about a hundred email still telling me I must be patient.

Vegas Red Casino is another casino that is powered solely by Playtech that I decided to join and try out. I loaded their site which look pretty good and I immediately noticed the 10$ free no deposit required. After looking at the T/C of this bonus and seeing the 40x WR I decided to give it a shoot, overall it is free. So I downloaded their software, made an account and I received the 10$.

So I went to see what game am I going to play and after a while of looking around a various number of games I decided to play Fortune Hill, which I downloaded but it still couldn't load because it says that I didn't have the latest adobe flash player, although I did. So I contacted the support that simply told me to reinstall the software which I did but it still didn't fix it. So I restarted my PC and I finally got it to load. I started playing Fortune Hill with a bet of 0.25$ per spin. At the second spin I got the wizard re-spin on my wheel that granted me 3 re-spins each with +1 wilds. In total that mini feature paid me 2.25$. But after 5 minutes I was only left with 2$ but then I got the rainbow free games that granted me +8FS plus I got additional 5 within the FS feature. But in total I only managed to get 1.95$ which I lost pretty quickly in the next 3 minutes.

I had a really great time in this casino, where I will definitely come back again. They look really safe and trustworthy plus I loved their support that contacted me immediately after signing up and presented me with their bonuses, so a big plus for that.

I would never believe that I would like Playtech games and the reason was, I guess before I was playing them but the wrong slots. After having really nice session on Fortune Hill slot game I decided to give it a try on this Playtech games.

I started to play Battle of the Gods, which is a 25 payline slot. They are a part of the Europa casino which is a very famous group in this industry. After this I continue play Thai Paradise, get second feature with a girl, and feature paid only 5 x total my bet, and after this is just played my rest balance without feature. This was only one my deposit in this casino, and like I said I will not come back.

Vegas Red is safe Playtech casino, but I did not like it due to their spammy emails and misleading promotions. Nothing exceptional at other things, and I rate it with 6 stars. I can't say that I did not recommend this casino, but I suggest choosing another one.
