I am writing this complaint because I consider VEGAS RED Casino doesn't take seriously the task that players should be payed.
Casino requested copy of utility bill and notharized ID to be sent to their address in Phillippines, documents I sent , support agent confirmed in penultimate conversation that were approved.I would like to point out that it took almost a month for my notharized ID to be received.
On 25 october I requested again 1900 euros payout, by now I had no response regarding this. A few minutes ago I contacted them via live chat. To summarize they said they encounter a few technical problems and the payout is still checked, I should wait to receive a response from them.
It passed more than 50 days from my initial payout request, time in which they had enough time to analize my payout.
