Casino NOT paying!!

I have been waiting almost a month for my withdrawal from this casino. Yesterday I went in to see what was happening and I see that after all this time my withdrawal of 15,000 was delined for no apparent reason? I have e mailed the support `team` and I have had no response!! Are they even real?

My complaint has been resolved and I have recieved my winnings! Management contac ted me and everything was sorted out quickly.

Won't pay or even answer my mails

About 2 months ago, I started playing at Vegas Red casino. I received a highroller bonus and a quite a big second payment bonus. Although support told me that the casino was going to close soon I was assured that my balance can be either paid out or moved to another casino in the event of closing. So everything seemed to be fine and I enjoyed playing the classic Playtech games. However,mid November, I was told that the casino will close down soon, so I figured it would be smart to withdraw my money. In total, I paid in € 3,600, after deduction of the above-mentioned bonuses, € 2,650 balance was left, which was confirmed by the casino. I delivered the requested docs for the verification process. First, it took them 1 week just to realise that documents were missing, although I am a VIP member. So after 2 weeks they finally confirmed my identity and asked for my IBAN which I of course sent them. That was end of November and since then I didnt get any reply on further mails. What can I do next to get my money back? Of course, I still have all the mails confirming what I said here but it doesnt help if the support just ignores my mails.

Won't give my winnings, won't let me finish my bonus wagering

I received a bonus form Vegas Red Casino and there was a playthrough attached to the bonus. I was playing and finishing the playthrough and was winning. My deposit was 200 and my winnings were up to 900. Then when I was I was close to finishing the playthrough, I logged into play and the games were not working. I kept asking support why and then they told me that they were closing their casino. They then tell me that since I did not finish the playthrough they will only payout my deposit of 200 and I lose my winnings of 900! Of course this is silly because it is not my fault that I could not finish the playthrough!! They should payout all that I had won to that point.

Hi, thanks for your help, I have a problem with Vegas red,They do not want to pay my winnings of about 14000 euro, using the generic phrase "has violated the rules of the casino". I have not violated any rule, I played as permitted by Playtech software. I won with the bonus (attach files) and with the free spins later won a total of about 14000 euro I demand the manager of casinò to verify the story and find a peaceful agreement . Hi Please help me with my complain on the 26th of april i made a withdraw of R40 000 BY VEGAS RED they paid the money over on the the 6th off may to my bank not in my bank acc so my bank nedbank sent the money by swfit back to the casino bank acc i send proof of the email from my bank and proof of the money that was send back to them on the 7th of may . Its now two weeks that it was send back and the casino does not want to put it back on my casino acc so i can withdraw it on skrill all i need is to let them put the money back on my acc now every day they telling me they waiting for updated .please see the attachment of a email that nedbank confrimed they have send back the money to the casino

12,300 Euro winnings stolen by Vegas Red Casino

I have had an account with the casino for several months, I won 23,000 Euro, Of which the casino paid me already 9,000 after sending in the notarized ID (taking awhile and costing a lot), and other documents.

Out of the blue, I am getting an email from the casino stating that I broke their terms and that my winnings are voided. Mind you, they have already checked on me. verified that I fulfilled the rules needed, even paid some, and now they renege.

Here is their email:

I am writing this complaint because I consider Vegas Red Casino doesn't take seriously the task that players should be payed.

Casino requested copy of utility bill and notharized ID to be sent to their address in Phillippines, documents I sent, support agent confirmed in penultimate conversation that were approved.I would like to point out that it took almost a month for my notharized ID to be received.

On 25 october I requested again 1900 euros payout, by now I had no response regarding this. A few minutes ago I contacted them via live chat. To summarize they said they encounter a few technical problems and the payout is still checked, I should wait to receive a response from them.

It passed more than 50 days from my initial payout request, time in which they had enough time to analize my payout.

If someone from Vegas Red Casino consider my complaint observable, please e-mail me with a solution.

Casino is not paying me!

After several attempts to withdraw my winnings there always seems to be a delay tactic by doing something. ON this occasion, I registered a new card with the casino. A few days later I won and wanted to withdraw which I did. A week later I checked what was taking so long and online help told me I needed to e-mail them front and back copies of my card...I complained saying that they could have let me know?? I e-mailed them the copies required and waited...about a week after that I asked online help what was taking so long and they told me I needed to sign the deposit form and send it back. They say they have sent it but have not received it?? Since then I have asked them to send it on 3x occasions and they say its sent but nothing in my inbox??

hello there i took up the instant bonus and got this up to about 250 i then made a 20 deposit and got this up to around 380 i then lost had about 160 left i made a withdrawl for 130 the next day they told me it had been declined because i played an excluded game i sent emails and spoke to live support team telling them i had not played excluded games the next day i got an email them saying sorry it was not because i played excluded games it was because i misused the bonus i have now asked how i can misuse the bonus and i get the same reply all the time just posting me terms and c i asked them if i had 2 accounts they said no so i really can not see anything i did wrong yet i can not get a stright answer from this casino the amount was 130 that i have not been paid small amount of money but this is not the point
