Won't pay or even answer my mails

About 2 months ago, I started playing at Vegas Red casino. I received a highroller bonus and a quite a big second payment bonus. Although support told me that the casino was going to close soon I was assured that my balance can be either paid out or moved to another casino in the event of closing. So everything seemed to be fine and I enjoyed playing the classic Playtech games. However,mid November, I was told that the casino will close down soon, so I figured it would be smart to withdraw my money. In total, I paid in € 3,600, after deduction of the above-mentioned bonuses, € 2,650 balance was left, which was confirmed by the casino. I delivered the requested docs for the verification process. First, it took them 1 week just to realise that documents were missing, although I am a VIP member. So after 2 weeks they finally confirmed my identity and asked for my IBAN which I of course sent them. That was end of November and since then I didnt get any reply on further mails.
What can I do next to get my money back? Of course, I still have all the mails confirming what I said here but it doesnt help if the support just ignores my mails.
