Casino is not paying me!
After several attempts to withdraw my winnings there always seems to be a delay tactic by doing something. ON this occasion, I registered a new card with the casino. A few days later I won and wanted to withdraw which I did. A week later I checked what was taking so long and online help told me I needed to e-mail them front and back copies of my card...I complained saying that they could have let me know?? I e-mailed them the copies required and waited...about a week after that I asked online help what was taking so long and they told me I needed to sign the deposit form and send it back. They say they have sent it but have not received it?? Since then I have asked them to send it on 3x occasions and they say its sent but nothing in my inbox??
IS VEGAS RED FOR REAL?
