Vegas Red Casino - Casino is not paying me!

After several attempts to withdraw my winnings there always seems to be a delay tactic by doing something. ON this occasion, I registered a new card with the casino. A few days later I won and wanted to withdraw which I did. A week later I checked what was taking so long and online help told me I needed to e-mail them front and back copies of my card...I complained saying that they could have let me know?? I e-mailed them the copies required and waited...about a week after that I asked online help what was taking so long and they told me I needed to sign the deposit form and send it back. They say they have sent it but have not received it?? Since then I have asked them to send it on 3x occasions and they say its sent but nothing in my inbox??

IS VEGAS RED FOR REAL?

 Casino informed us that this withdrawal is received on 7th, Gregory, please can you confirm it?

This matter has been resolved and I have been payed. There was lots of paperwork but finally got it sorted out!
