Vegas Crest apparently been sold to new owners. Up until the fall of 2023, you could have a withdrawal approved within 2 business days and actually have the wire in your account within another 3-4 business days.
Believe me when I say they were quick, and in the last 5 years they were true to their name.
But now they are the absolute slowest.
My recent complaint on here regarding late payments, was only halfway solved. The casino manager assured of payment and it has never come through.

Absolutely nothing. They have a couple different providers, yes. But next to endorphina nothing that is played massively these days. I used their free welcome bonus after which I made a deposit. Cashed out 600 euro ( I thought ) but they thought they could just pay me the max cashout for a free bonus and be done with it. So they paid out 100 euro and gave me my deposit back and just said: This is yours. This withdrawal is paid out the 12th of april. And still has not reached my bank. Ow yeah. And don't even get me started about the 30 euro FEE you pay when a withdrawal to your bank is made.

They make you wait hours for a bitcoin deposit before the funds are credited. My wallet shows that the funds were sent and received, however, they wait hours before the funds are actually credited. The customer service department is no help whatsoever so you end up waiting for hours until the funds are credited. They are even rude about it as if you don't understand the way blockchain works. I have been playing VegasCrest a lot in the last 6 months. The games are plentiful and fun to play. You are able to save games you frequent the most in your "Favorite" folder for easier retrieval.

They have sent me checks (sometime 2 in a week) and I have never worried about them not paying. Been a good experience!

The only downfall would be while awaiting approval for withdrawal, you cannot add funds or cash in comp points which actually be a good thing. Of course you can always cancel your withdrawal request and play your winnings!
