Withdrawal of €2,500 still not received since January 12th

I requested two withdrawals at Slotty Vegas casino as far back as the 5th January 2021.

Due to verification issues and then issues withdrawing onto a credit card, my withdrawals were gradually processed on 12th January 2021. This is shown in my payments history on Slotty Vegas website. I have attached a screenshot showing this.

My withdrawals had to be split into two seperate payments (2500 Euro is the max withdrawal you can do in one transaction on the site.) So I requested two separate withdrawals, one for 2500 Euro & one for 700 Euro's. These were both requested as bank transfers, and were both requested using identical, exactly the same bank details. Same number, same account, same name, same swift code etc.

January 14th an email was received from Slotty Vegas confirming payment of the 2500 Euro Withdrawal to my bank account. Jan 22nd an email was received from Slotty Vegas confirming payment of the 700 Euro Withdrawal to my bank account. Both emails I have attached.

Despite the 700 Euro withdrawal, being processed 6 days after the 2500 Euro one. I received this money in my bank with absolutely no issues, 4 days later on the 25th January 2021. it took only 4 working days to arrive, which is standard timeframe I find for bank transfers here in New Zealand. I have attached a screenshot of my bank transactions showing the 700 Euro arriving via bank international transfer from 'Maxtent Limited'. ($1136 NZD which is what I was paid converts to roughly 700 Euro)

As of todays date, which is 7th February 2021, I still have not received the 2500 Euro withdrawal. This is despite, it being processed before the 700 Euro one, back on January 14th. 24 Days ago now.

I have been regularly emailing Slotty Vegas on almost a daily basis, asking for updates and for them to clarify where the 2500 Euro is? At first they kept telling me to be patient, and would give me times frames /dates to wait. Again I've attached all email correspondence for you to read through.

On Friday 29th January, Slotty Vegas emailed me telling me that they had received confirmation from the payment provider that withdrawal was processed, and they were 'certain' the funds would show in my bank within 24-48 Hours. This was not the case. Email Attached

On 31st January 2021 Slotty Vegas emailed me confirming they had entered the correct bank details and that the 2500 Euro withdrawal was definitely paid into same bank account as the 700 Euro one I received. I was also told to wait a further 36 Hours. Email attached.

On Feb 1st 2021, Slotty Vegas emailed me again, this time again confirming payment being processed and they were 'quite sure' money would be with me soon. And that a bank tracer has to organized.

My final email back was received on Feb 4th 2021. I requested that Slotty Vegas reprocess this withdrawal ASAP, as obviously something has gone horribly wrong here. I also requested they also show me proof of withdrawal, and that they can prove they sent it to the correct bank account/ bank details

The reply I got said they will not be reprocessing and they now have to wait for funds to return to there account before they pay me again. I have still not received the proof of payment I requested, which I wanted so I could show you when I raise the complaint. My major concerns here are It's now been 26 days and I still have not received the 2500 Euro withdrawal. I am also concerned that Slotty Vegas have not made the withdrawal correctly, since the 700 Euro withdrawal was processed smoothly without any issues or delay

I'm also concerned this could drag on for weeks/ if not months, If I have to wait the the money to return to there bank. As far I know they could have processed incorrectly, as someone else has my winnings.

My final concern in no-one I speak to whether in live chat, or by email has an idea how to solve the problem, and no-one can give me a timeframe. It seem to be forever changing, and its like they are waiting for the funds to miraculously show in my account 1 month later?

I am more than happy to give any more evidence you require. Please ask if you need anything else from me.

I just want to receive my 2500 Winnings, as its now getting to close to a month since I first requested.

Having troubles with delayed €700 withdrawal

Hi.

I have an withdrawal (700€) still pending after 10 days. I made it via Skrill. This is not fun anymore:( And I think this is the last time I ever make a deposit to slottyvegas. And all my KYC documents are verified. Their customer service is just saying that they have so many withdrawals and it may have some delay.. This is just too much. And this is not the first time, it takes over an week every time. I also have two friends Who have this same issue.

So i won some money approx 11000€ on 2/9.2020 around 6-7AM. After that i made my first withdraw and got it compleated on 7.9.2020... After that i quickly made a new withdraw request and here i am 11.9.2020 with still only one of them paid. Withdraw still pending after 48 hours

Hello. On June 3, I decided to deposit to the vegas casino slot with a 100% bonus, rotated the required turnover and then commissioned 334 euros to withdraw. Fabricating excuses to confiscate legitimate winnings

I live in Estonia, I am aware of some gambling restrictions, some websites restrict me from access and some allows me. I joined Slotty Vegas and selected Estonia from the drop down. I deposited 3 times in the first week and lost, in the second week i deposited and run my balance upto €2000 and cashed out. At this point Slotty Vegas closed my account and said I used a VPN, I did not use a VPN, i don't know how to. So I've told them its a mistake and prove it and they refuse to.

I used an affiliate to join called Classybeef, I spent many hours watching their Twitch Stream and they heavily promote Slotty Vegas on the Channel. So when i asked them for help Espen from Classybeef told me the case is closed because i am not allowed to play at Slotty Vegas due to "Government Rules in Estonia". Yes its a tricky subject for Online Gambling here i Estonia but sometimes its ok and I've successfully played and won at other online sites. There is nothing in Slotty Vegas terms to say I was not allowed to play, and like i said they have Estonia in the drop down selection upon registration. Other country's are not available in this dropdown like the UK for example but Estonia was. I explained Slotty Vegas allowed me to deposit 4 times in 2 weeks, and they made the decision, not my Government, to close my account and offer me just one deposit refund. They took the decision to allow Estonian Players to join. Why do so if its a problem? Espen said I must of used a VPN to get around the Government restrictions but this is not true, my internet provider allowed me to access the Slotty Vegas.

I have to question Slotty Vegas intentions to have Estonia in the drop down if they believe the Government doesn't want you to play. I also am concerned about Classybeef who receive 40% in commission on anyone's losses who they to refer to any Casino. I trusted Classybeef but for Espen to just say Slotty Vegas is allowed to keep my deposits and winnings because i shouldn't be playing but they let me play is absurd. I also question how Twitch allows these slot streamers to gain massively from these channels with direct deals to the Casinos they are promoting but thats another story. Hopefully you guys here can look into this and make things right.

The casino have many slot games to play but only few table games. This casino only have ten table games that i can play. Please add more blackjack games. i also like live games sometimes, but this casino does not have any.

Bonus up till 4th deposit! That's cool. Wagering also looks not that absurd. Haven't played here a lot (just 4 days). Haven't spoken with live chat, haven't withdrawn. But all the basics looks good. All necessary game providers. Maybe I'm judging this prematurely, but I'm satisfied. They have Russian language! Haha, thanks. ;d

Layout/design is a bit not mobile friendly. Maybe it's just me and my visual preferences. But I prefer to play this casino only on PC. When I open it on mobile, it feels to mashed up.

I remember I registered a few years back at this casino and I think they only had Netent and Microgaming at the time. Also, the super charge wins worked different as it does from today. Basically, almost every game had super charge wins attached to it and whether you win or lose you could claim the cash the next day. It came with x1 wagering until super charged win became wager free. However today super charge wins are only on a few limited selected slots and based on your losses on those specific slots. Way before you got super charge wins which was a percentage of every win you had.

The owner of this casino is Maxent Ltd and it has both Malta and UK license. Which means you know you are safe here. They are part of the same group as Betat casino, I am sure everyone will remember that brand. Established in 2014 means they have been for around 5 years which means they are doing pretty good.

I claimed the welcome offer then but with only Netent available at the time I could not compete wagering. Over the pass few years I received some offers from them, but never bothered until a few weeks ago when I claimed a free spin offer in Rise of Merlin. I made $30 deposit and 30 minutes later my balance was up by $110. I played a bit more and tried some new games like Jammin Jars, Sweet Bonanza etc.

In the end I eventually decided to withdraw $90 and contacted live chat. I double checked that I am verified, and they confirmed. I remember I made a withdrawal 2 years back and it took 24 hours, to my surprise this withdrawal took 3 hours to be processed.

We have limited the amount of games to 10 different ones each week, however we added a Minimum Cashback Guarantee to the system. This means that if your amount of Supercharged generated in the previous 24 hours isnt at least 10% of any losses made playing Supercharged games, then the Supercharged balance will automatically increase to a 10% cashback of the losses playing the Supercharged games. We found this strikes a better balance, as previously it was only winners who were getting rewarded by the system, where as players who had a poor experience wouldn't see as much benefit. This changed that quite a bit from what we can see. We've also added another 30 game providers or so which is a huge increase over our previous portfolio. Do check out the tournaments too as there's big cash prizes running on weekly races as collaborations with Play n Go, Netent, Red Tiger, Pragmatic and MG. Tournaments are currently wagering, but soon will be also based on win multiplier accumulators, single win multiplier, and RTP too - so there's always good opportunities to find yourself in line for a real cash prize just for playing these headlining games even at low bet sizes(which levels the playing field). Hi am very pleased with is casino. I wanted to verify my account, but do not have a passport nor a driving licence. Went to live help, who were very helpful, to ask if they would except my birth certificate for my ID. A few years ago, I was unable to register at Slotty Vegas Casino due to country restrictions, but recently, I was looking for a new place to play - not just any new place, but a reputable one - then I saw Slotty Vegas whilst browsing and searching, so I gave it another try. What do you know? My registration was accepted and I found that new place too - well, Slotty Vegas isn't really a new place or a new casino, but that doesn't matter to me at all.

Unfortunately, I found navigation around the website confusing and annoying at first! Why? On the Home Page, I couldn't find what I was looking for - my profile to update my details. There was only Deposit and Withdraw links in My Account section, nothing else, and so I searched through several other pages without success. I was getting annoyed by then, until I saw a small sidebar beside the Deposit button, with several tiny icons for the various other links. Gees! No other casino that I know of uses this method!

There is one more thing that annoyed me quite a bit - the faded, almost impossible to read fonts of the game providers! I had to bring my eyes a few inches to my laptop screen to see what those tiny icons were showing! Sheesh! Not only that, I really do not like the overall faded appearance of all the fonts on the website, similar to a few other casino websites too. I cannot imagine myself trying to view the homepage on a mobile phone - it would certainly strain my eyes!

Games selection is very good - there are many providers to choose from, including my favourites NetEnt, Microgaming and Play'nGo - but disappointingly, my favourite Microgaming game, Supe It Up, was missing! Argh! That made a big difference to me, because I was left with only NetEnt and Play'nGo games to play. I couldn't be bothered with games from the other providers, simply because they don't meet my needs with their damn low paytables and payouts.

Again, unlike at most other casinos, checking for my bonuses, unfinished bonus wagering, money balance, or whatever else, was not to my liking at all, simply because it wasn't as convenient or direct! I am so used to one-clicking to get whatever info I needed, which I couldn't do at Slotty Vegas, so there wasn't anything that I really like at Slotty!

This has to be one of the better Casinos I have experienced in recent years.
