Hello. On June 3, I decided to deposit to the vegas casino slot with a 100% bonus, rotated the required turnover and then commissioned 334 euros to withdraw. This is my second withdrawal from this casino. I waited a maximum of 6 hours for the first one. I have a verified account, but I have been waiting for the second payment for over 60 hours, despite assurances on the live chat that my withdrawal is being processed. I have requested a withdrawal for an electronic wallet, nowadays it is not acceptable to wait so long. Usually withdrawals on other networks take 12 hours or are instant. hello, let's not blame the weekend here because I ordered payment on Wednesday, so it was still Thursday and Friday to process the payment. Today, more than 100 hours have passed since the withdrawal request. For comparison, in Betsafe or Betsson I managed to receive 4 payments.
I hope that today you can process my payment and finally I will end up in my ewallet.

I'm by no means blaming the weekend. I assumed it could be the weekend based on your previous comment.

I am looking into it and from what I can see, this stems from an issue on ecopayz side which effected a number of withdrawals. We have been in contact with EcoPayz over the weekend so that they process the payment manually from their end. Similar issues in the past saw them process the payment within 48 hours, so considering this was raised with them on the weekend, the funds should arrive for you today or tomorrow.

Do let me know as soon as the withdrawal is completed and the funds are received.
