I have been requesting withdrawal from Novibet for the past few weeks and have provided everything they have requested from me in terms of KYC documents. I sent in my mobile phone number connected to my account and a picture of myself holding my driver's license. Additionally, I have provided proof of deposit for my account both through Novibet and a screenshot of the deposit from my bank and I still have yet to receive my withdrawal.

Furthermore, each time I am told that I have provided all documents, more documents are requested which just appears that the book is going through a never-ending loop to delay my payment.

I am also having trouble attaching all the documents, but I can send those by email if necessary.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my payment. My account is fully verified and I do not play with bonuses so there is no wagering.

I have contacted them many time, both customer support and by email and I get the same generic reply everytime "we are looking into this" or "this has been referred to the department to investigate"

They actually give no advice on what they are waiting for and don't say that its going to be processed. They money is also just gone from my account and if the withdrawal had not worked you would think it would get sent back to your account at least but it's no where to be seen.

Based on trust pilot reviews I can see this is a regular pattern with this casino and this is what they do... some people never see their winnings.

I wish I had known this before selecting this casino. I will continue to spread awareness at every platform and continue making complaints until this is resolved. I am also contacting the gaming commission to have this casino closed down if this is not resolved this week.

Reading tonnes on 1 star reviews like this is so disappointing that they are still allowed to operate and steal peoples money.

I deposited 1,000 euros on that page for the first time on March 10, 2024. From then on, I made a total of 3,800 euros in deposits. I managed to win in the end so that my account balance increased to 5623 euros. After this, I was set betting limits, after which I wanted to withdraw the money on 13.3 2000 euros and 14.3 3623 euros. It says on the website that withdrawals take 48 hours to process. Casino changed the rules

I was playing gates of Novibet. Bought 15 rounds for €20. My multiplier went over 1000x the game ended with 10 spins and said I had reached the max! I questioned this and was told the max win is 5000x original bet and remaking features will be forfeited. I looked up every single rule for gates of Novibet and there was no such rule! Delayed payment of £2,000 for 2 months without any updates

I requested a payment of £2000 on 05.12.2021. After this my account was deactivated without any reason and they ask me some documents , even if the account was fully verified . Two days later I sent them all the necessary documents and waited for their respone.

I have sent over numerous messages asking for an update and each time I received the same answer saying there is no update and to be patient, even now after 2 months, which is unacceptable.

4 Months ago i tried to log into my Novibet account, to find a message saying i had been deactivated and contact customer support. I contacted them to be told i had to verify my ID (again, this seemed to be happening very regularly). I sent all the required documents and was told they would need to verify me through a phone call. I recieved the phone call, confirmed all my details and told they would get back to me. 4 Months down the line my account is STILL not open and they have £70 of my money in the account!

On contacting live chat and emailing - i keep getting told my account is currently under review with the security department and i will be informed when the investigation is completed. Im not even bothered that my account is closed as they have treated me unfairly, i just want my £70 back!

Withdrawal has not reached my bank as of yet

Hi,

Made a withdrawal on the 23/10/21 funds have never gone into my bank. Spoke with novibet lots of time been told they had technical problems that day and I would get the money in 8 day. Two weeks later still not had the money.

I ask them for a transaction code and they keep saying they don't have it, every time I speak to them they just ask me to wait longer and longer. Spoken with the bank they, can't find this payment. I believe it never been sent and that is why they won't provide me with the code.

It is my legal right to have this code, the withdrawal is only for a small amount but I don't see why I should allow this to happen. Is disgusting and I'm no longer happy to keep being told few more days. I suspect they asking me to wait few more days in hope I will just give up.

My withdrawal of £6000 is processed but no funds

I made 2 withdrawal requests totaling £6000 on Thursday 28th October and after confirming my ID etc. Received a confirmation of the withdrawals being processed on 29th October at roughly 11am.

The withdrawal has not hit my account and after checking with my bank they have confirmed that the payment would have been received by them by now if the withdrawal had been processed when stated.

I am unable to get a meaningful update from the customer service teams and fear that this will continue to drag on.

You can see that the timeline in the withdrawal email states 1 - 3 days and I have still not received my funds and I was also promised an ARN code so I could track it with my bank yesterday which again has not been provided.

In addition to this I have also had a telephone conversation where I was told the money would be in my account by Wednesday of this week at the very latest.

Greetings, my name is Tommy. Betting company Novibet sent me a message on June 15, 2021 that it has deactivated my account without explanation, they asked me to send them a photo with some documents.

On June 16, 2021 I sent them all the necessary documents and waited for their response.

On June 17 I got a message that my account is deactivated again and I have to wait for a full check!

It has been 4 months and as soon as I write them an e-mail to find out how things are, they tell me that verification is still in progress and will soon be ready, they say to be patient.

As for me, the company just stole my money without explaining any reasons!

I can't find something good with this company. Not recommended at all!

They don't want to verify my account even when I send them my ID, my credit card and a bill from my union certifying my address. Their excuse is that the union bill is not valid, they only accept utility bills. Where I live all the utility bills are paid direct taking the money from my bank account, they don't send a fiscal bill.

You are a small and unknown betting site and if you wish to compete with the main ones you should not create this kind of problems to your customers. With the documents I sent you have more than enough information to prove that nothing is wrong with my identity. I don't really see which is the difference between a utility bill or a Union bill. Is exactly the same. You are the first betting site that is not accepting this document and I sent it to many different ones.

Why are you so unflexible and strict with documents to verify my account when I want to withdraw money and you don't ask anything when I want to make a deposit? Are your security standards changing depending if the money goes for you or goes for a client?

Be sure that with me you lost a client and gained a UN-ambassador of your site.

Amazing casino with a lot of slots. When I tried to contact their customer support via live chat they responded instantly - they were very polite and very helpful. About a week ago I had a problem with a broken round and within 2 hours they solved me and credited my winnings! They even gave me some freespins as a for my trouble.

I figured out Novibet casino by searching the list of certified casinos couple of days ago. Variety of slots of Microgaming, fair enough deposit bonus and decent loyalty program. In addition, I asked for support via chat for help in order to ask where should I send my documents and they replied in less than a minute politely.

I won and made my first withdraw of 250€ and surprisingly the money got into my account in less than 36 hours, which was something that surprised me in a positive way. At first I joined this site for their bonus, but then I figured out that the casino has a full screen function, incomparable to any other casino site that I have visited until today. The fact is that when you choose the full screen function, the game gets maximized on your screen (without the header menu of the site), which means that you can even enjoy the full screen casino and live casino experience by playing with your laptop connected to your tv and get the full size of a live casino or a slot! Though it's a detail, it was a truly appreciated visual feature by me and my friends. You should try this sometime!

Novibet casino is one of the latest casinos I played. It has a Greek license so it belongs to a few dozen of casinos that we can play legit the Greek players. It accepts players from other countries too but only Greek and UK players can claim their welcome package. Novibet casino has only slots from Microgaming but it offers sporting bets and live casino also.

So I decided to try this casino, made my account without any problems and went to make my first deposit in order to get the welcome package. They asked me to verify my account first and then proceed to the deposit which I think is a very good tactic from the casino. I sent the documents immediately, which were verified very fast and I was very surprised.

I made my first deposit of 50 but I saw that I had not got any bonus. I talked to their live chat , which is very friendly and I like that they speak Greek, and they explained me their welcome package. The fact is that you do not get instant bonus but first you have to win casino points by playing slots and then you get the cash. For example you have to win 2000 points to get 25, for the next 5000 points you will win 50 and you can get max cash 200 if you gather 50000 points. Unfortunately I do not think that you can see anywhere in the site hoe much casino points you have gathered.

Anyway I was not happy of that bonus system and I went to the slots with my starting balance. I had a very good slot session, I started with Thunderstruck 2 at minimum bet which gave me a 300x bet win, and then I went to the terminator 2 slot with bigger bets and reached my balance to 300 almost. Then I played Game of thrones with 1.20 -2.10 bets and I got very lucky and I reached my balance to 1300.

I asked for an withdraw to my bank account and I did not had any problem receiving my wins. I played many times again but I was not lucky to win again.

They have a live chat (although have removed it from their website currently due to complaints I believe).

Terrible, terrible casino/sports betting site. First of all their odds are below par with many other bookies, their website is dated and withdrawals take forever (although they're happy enough to receive a deposit within minutes, shock.)

When contacting them about why my withdrawal is taking so long I get the same canned email over and over stating "workload" is causing delays and it will be sorted as soon as possible. Simply not good enough Novibet, sort it out.

Will be filling a complaint to the gambling commission and encourage others in the same situation to do so also. If anyone is reading this from Novibet please request to get in touch with me as I would like my withdrawal asap.

Novibet is one of the new casinos on AskGamblers and that was the first time I heard about them. They have Microgaming software and since I am a big fan of it, I decided to try them. Registration was fast and I was happy to see that my country was eligible to play there. They offer 100% match bonus as welcome offer but I read in the terms that it was only an eligible offer for residents from Greece.

I contacted live support and I was added to a live chat person right away. Support agent was very professional and kind and verified that indeed I wasn’t eligible for the welcome match bonus. And there was no other welcome bonus for me, except one that is more like a loyalty- for points you earn playing concrete games you can get cash, like example, for 2000 points you get 25 euro bonus.

I made a 50 deposit from Skrill. I saw that they have Golden Era slot which I really like so I went to play it. I played with 0.60€ bets and soon I triggered bonus round. I chose to play 12 free spins and they paid 28.90€ and that was really nice. After the bonus round I increased bets to 0.75€ and played around 150 spins. Again, this was one of the times when bonus round came fast and after that game changed, giving only dead spins.

I had a few euros left and I went to Game of Thrones, hoping for a miracle. I don't know what it is with me lately, but again, I received free spins round in my second spin. Lannister spins gave me 3.70€ win and because of that my gaming session was a few minutes longer but needless to say, at the end I lost my balance.
