Saw Mr Ringo Casino on AskGamblers and thought I would give it a shot. Saw that the 2 reviews were really split and thought I would try it for myself.
The games I play were there. Any casino with Magic Mirror is a winner in my book.
I got the welcome bonus, which was an extra 50 on top of the 50 I deposited, and started playing. So far it has been good. Will be interesting to see how things turn out, but as long as they have my games I will continue to play there.
Nothing that I did not like, although the game categories could be different.
I noticed MrRingo casino, when they got added on AskGamblers and they had my attention right away for two reasons- the software combination and welcome bonus offer. They capture all my favorite software's together- Netent, Microgaming, Play'n Go and a few others. And as for the welcome bonus they offer 100% match, which is a standard offer, but the wagering requirements of 35x bonus were the reason I was so interested.
I registered and it was very quick, after that I contacted live support to see whether I was eligible for this promotion. I got connected to a chat agent right away without waiting, and a very polite and professional agent told me that I was indeed eligible for this promotion. I also saw they have Merkur games, which was great, as I know only few casinos that have their games. I asked the support if I could play Merkur games wit this bonus and I was told I definitely could do that.
I had exactly 47€ balance in my Skrill account, so I decided to go all in and deposited 47€. Matching bonus was added right away and I had 94€ balance and needed to wager over 1600€. I started to play Immortal Romance, which is my currently most played slot. I played with minimum bets and soon received first free spins round. It paid around 70x bet and I had my balance over 100€ already. It seemed like the game was in a good mood, I had many more bonus rounds and even wild desire and my highest point was around 180€ balance.
Then I started to lose, I was getting mostly dead spins on base game and couldn't get any feature. I did notice a few flaws in them as well- live support is great but works limited hours, also in my session I had a couple of times error codes when I had to refresh the game. And also I would really like if they'd improve their promotions, because I didn't see anything for second deposit bonus, only Monday and happy hour promotions, which weren't as generous as I'd like.
