The first thing I'll have to admit was that I was a bit skeptical about this casino for two reasons- first of all, although their average rank on Askgamblers wasn't too bad, the fellow players had mostly rated the site with only a few stars. Secondly, the no deposit offer I had found was strangely high. I had found a no deposit chip worth 100 free spins and as we know, unless it's on Starburst slot, it doesn't really happen often. So I knew I had to be a little careful.

So I signed up to the casino and used the bonus code I had found previously. After registration I had a notification message saying that email verification is needed in order to get my free bonus. So after I had done that, I still didn't see any no deposit bonuses in my account, I checked the cashier but there was nothing. Luckily enough, they do offer live chat option so I started a quick chat with one of the agents. The guy was friendly and I can't really say anything bad about my experience with their customer support. The chat agent told me that he had credited me with the bonus and I was shocked when I saw my account- instead of 100 free spins, I was given 100 eur no deposit bonus. Agent also told me that the wagering was 30x bonus amount.

However, it's not all that exciting. The casino has several decent game providers like Nextgen and Play'n Go, but there are no Microgaming or Netent games in the bonus game section. Also, the bonus can be used only on Bonus Games- most of them are from Betsoft software and the overall selection of games that can be played with bonus money is small. I started the session with a game called The Angler, got one bonus round that paid exactly 20 cents and then moved on to the Stampede slot. That game was much more giving and I managed to get a few decent hits, below 100x bet but still more than I'd usually get from a Besoft slot. Nevertheless, I didn't manage to meet the wagering and lost the balance quite shortly.

Overall I had a decent time at Lord of the Spins casino but I won't be continuing my time there. The casino didn't have my favorite game providers and there was just something missing for my taste.

By far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The casino smells like scam from the moment you register.
After carefully reading and considering all terms and conditions including the welcome bonus, I have to warn you to not even try to access the place. They clearly violate their own terms and conditions regarding wagering. What is qualified as 100% bet placed wagering, apparently is not. To my surprise, after successfully completing approximately 2000 spins on a bet amount which varied among 0.9 euro to 5 euro(which lied underneath the 30% limitof your deposit set by the terms and conditions) and on an average of 2.5 euros per click, I was informed that my wager had only reduced by 700 euros. After requesting the mathematical equation and a complete analysis of my wagering(which, I would like to mention was visible on my history) I was comforted with the answer that "the machine is never wrong" which hilariously contradicted the amounts summed up by my history. After a triple verification on my side (since the support could only reply that the machine is never wrong) and hence, having built a database with all the wagered amounts, time of click, bet amounts and a complete statistic as per minute(as recorded by my live stream) I was still confronted with the reply from CS that my wager was still the same.

I would advise anyone willing to play on this casino with eagerness towards the welcome bonus, to highly avoid it. I have yet to find their accountability towards the General Data Protection Regulation as of the date and time of this post.

Please do your-selves a favor and avoid this casino. It is not even worth wasting 5 euro.

As of customer support, they are better of gathering sand in Sahara but to be honest, I ma not quite sure that they will not fail that task either.

There is completely no positive thing to say about this casino.

1. Chat is worst I've ever experienced. They just laugh at you when asking how much I still need to wager... :/
2. There is no way you can see how much you still need to wager. When you ask in chat they just say a random number. When you play and keep in track what you lost and ask again they just say another random number. The wager system doesn't work and I think you can never get anything wagered at that casino.
3. Only dumb games, no famous games like netent and so on.
4. When watching other reviews it just looks more and more like a scam, fake games with 0% to win.

Just don't play over there, its a big scam. You are better of dumping your money in a river somewhere..
