Delayed Withdrawal of €880

Hello the casino promised me by mail to get me a refund of 300,- since I didn’t meet their T&C. I made a withdrawal of 1492€ but it was not accepted. My account balance is set to zero.

I got this email from support Lord Of The Spins on February 27th:

We regret to inform you of the non-validation of your request for withdrawal due to a violation of the terms and conditions of the casino.
The gains made were a result of a deposit.

We remind you that it is forbidden to place bets greater than or equal to 30% of the value of the deposit.

Winnings and bonuses have been deducted from your account according to the terms and conditions.

We refund you the deposit that you did just before th withdrawal and the deposites that you did in the meantime of the withdrawal for a total of 300euros

Now, one week later they didn’t respond me by email and the chat (Jason) says that they don’t see the refund in their system.. so i’m worried...

Can you help me? I didn’t receive the amount on my bank account yet!!

Hello I hope you can help me. I play in lord of the spins and my withdrawl is now 13 days in process. In last month I have 2 withdrawl with no problems in 3 days in bank account. But now it's so long and nobody answer in emails. In chat they say I must wait wait wait. Please can you help me because there is no other way. Thank you

Hi. 08th of january i was offered a great bonus. My deposit was 50 euros and my bonus was € 244.
after two days I had a withdrawal on 5000 euros.

Today (after 2 weeks with email after email (no response) and chatting with support) I received an email: "We regret to inform you of the non-validation of your request for withdrawal due to a violation of the terms and conditions of the casino.The gains made were a result of a bonus. We remind you that it is forbidden to place bets greater than or equal to 30% of the value of the free bonus. I asked them what I did wrong and they said: "You did Illegal bet , more than 15 euros " (also over 30% of the value)

1) I did NOT play with 15 euro bet. I am 100% sure.
2) I ve gone thrue all rounds 08,09 and 10 january (total 11 649 rounds): 99% had a bet between 2 and 5 euros. ca 1% with 6 and 7,50 euros

I do have all round history in excell (if you want a copy?) and "tons" of copies from chat and other emails I ve sent

Hi. User is nikez96. I made withdrawal request on 26 aug and next day i got email that i need to send documents. I sent docs and they are okay. On 29 aug i got email that they are going to pay my withdrawal on next day. 3 days are gone and i contacted live chat and they said my withdrawal is paid on next 24 hours. It didnt happen. I have also sent messages to the casino but i havent got any replies from it.

Dear team, on the 21.06.2018 I contacted lordofthespins-support via live chat to ask for a monthly deposit limit of 50€ (As stated in their T&C). The supporter told me to contact the support about the topic via email and the limit would be set. So I wrote an email on 21.06.2018 at 17:10 to set a monthly limit of 50€. I got no answer and did only a more more deposits that day. I am aware, that it could take some time to set a limit, so I kept away from the website to make sure only to play with a limit. I made my next deposit 7 days later on the 28.06.2018 and no limit has been set. Till the 03.07.2018 I have been able to deposit 430€ where 50€ should be allowed. So I sent another email on 04.07.2018 (17:08) to remember them about the limit and asking what to do. Again I stoped playing till 15.07.2018 to give them time to set the limit, but still no limit has been set. From the 15.07.2018 till today I have been able to deposit antoher 525€. The limit is still not working and I did not get any reply. Help would be very much appreciated, Maik

I made a withdrawal from my account at Lord of Spins at 800 euros on 22 / 5-18. This money is not currently paid to my account. I have been in contact via their chat page 3 times and sent more mailer to the finance department. I have received a reply via chaten that the money will arrive within 2 days, but it has not happened yet. The finance department I can not answer from. This is not serious

I made a withdraw of a 1000 euros two weeks ago 16.5.2018. I was told to send documents to them on the next day. After I had sent my documents to them they send me an e-mail on a tuesday 22.5.2018 that said ”the withdraw has been accepted and we will start handling the payment on a next weekday. Since I had to use the international bank transfer method for the withdraw I knew that I had to wait for a while. But I havent still received my wins and I have been in touch with the casino via e-mail which they havent answered yet and with the live that for 3 times this week already. On monday (28.5.2018.) I asked from the live chat for a update on my withdraw and I got answered that it will be paid in the next 24 hours, it didnt happen. Yesterday (30.5.2018.) I was told that they are paying the withdraw right now. And today (31.5.208.) when I asked them for an update about my withdraw they said there is some technical issued that we will contact you soon, but they could not give me any estimates for how long it would take for them to contact me. So im getting frustrated right now since I feel like I have been lied many times already this week and I dont really know whats going on and when I will be paid. I have all the e-mails and few screenshots from the conversations if needed.
