No payment of approved withdrawal


I made a withdrawal from my account at Lord of Spins at 800 euros on 22 / 5-18. This money is not currently paid to my account. I have been in contact via their chat page 3 times and sent more mailer to the finance department. I have received a reply via chaten that the money will arrive within 2 days, but it has not happened yet. The finance department I can not answer from. This is not serious
