If you ask something in the chat, for example where I can find my freespins, at which game. They send you a list, but no game works. As soon as you want to ask something else, they are already out of the chat. Worst customer support team ever.

I foolishly joined this casino after following up a promotional email offering what sounded like an attractive 'welcome' match bonus and free spins package. After losing all my combined deposited and matched funds in record time, with only about 3 actual winning reels, I have not received my free spins as promised in the promo, can not contact live chat as the the service is not working and the casino has not answered my now 2 separate support ticket raised about the matter....Severe lack of Customer Service on display at casino, beware!!!!

Very bad customer service, still waiting on help to log in after 1 week, so cant log into my own account. Very slow on withdrawal, 1 week later and still waiting for my money.
Username Poultrypete.I have been unable(refuse) to play since I joined due to zero contact from support. I have 2 issues that have yet to be addressed by the customer support team. I have had NO response in over 4 days, Shameful casino that obviously does not value it's clients. Their behaviour is very suspect and makes me feel it is more of a scam casino. I have gambled online since the early 90's and NEVER have I seen a casino operate as this one. I recommend to all those reading this DO NOT GIVE THIS CASINO YOUR MONEY. There are plenty of other more reputable casinos that understand how to treat clients they wish to keep.

Their withdrawal process is really slow. I made withdrawal request 27/5/18 and it is still pending after 5 business days. In their T&C section says that they process payments in 5 business days. Their support gives empty promises about speed of payment. And of course they do not process withdrawals in weekends so this whole process could easily take over 10 days. That is ridiculous!

Stay far far away, this casino clearly has no clue what they are doing, first deposit bonus is automatic and can only be played on 3 providers and not the popular ones. With bet sizes which might not suit your balance. That being said they gave me 50 free spins on Book of Dead but the winnings where not allowed to be played on Book of Dead .. that is just a big joke if you ask me.

- Fair amount of Play N Go games and some Playson games.
- Bonus can only be used with one provider ( Fugaso)
- When I was playing at a certain moment my balance would get stuck and I wasn't able to properly read my balance.
- Couldn't find any place to check what my remaining wager was.
- When I hit the bonus balance all of the sudden my balance counter seemed to be going down just fine, I find this highly suspicious.

Once you except the bonus you will only be able to play the low providers such as fugaso, betsoft etc.
Not even with deposit cash you can play normal providers because all the money instantly turns into bonus money.
To be honest I don't know why AskGamblers keep adding gambling sites like these, they are just a money rip off. But I guess my comment will be deleted again for complaining about such a thing.
