Waiting more than a week for a small withdrawal

I made a withdrawal of 20 $ at 20-mar-2016 it was pending 8 days . I have verified my account succesfully and I rceived info so it takes max 3 businnes days (now is 5 bussines days!) Jackpotland.com says that they have technical issues, but how can they take 7 days or more???. I have asked in live chat everyday and i get the same answer that they are working on it and asking for patience.

Delaying payment

Player from Finland here, so sorry if the English is bad! I made a withdrawal of 200 euros at 21-mar-2016 it was pending 7 days and now it even doesn't show at my account. I have verified my account succesfully and i have made 400 and 500 euros withdrawals succesfully. Jackpotland.com says that they have technical issues, but how can they take 7 days or more???. I have asked in live chat everyday and i get the same answer that they are working on it and asking for patience. Excessive delaying tactics and poor support

I joined this casino on Monday 7 March and deposited £20. With the welcome bonus I had £40 to play with and needed to play through £1200 to release and potential winnings. Within 2hours I was at about £112 with about £300 left to play through so I thought that slots were good honest ones and I was happy with this casino. But then ... I was locked out of my account. I enquired why and I was told that it was because I had closed an account and excluded myself from an account I had at their sister casino (casino.com). I was completely unaware that these two casinos were linked (naturally, being a member of the public) and stated my case that I closed my account at casino.com and not this one so this one should be looked at independently as I don't have a gambling problem. They agreed and requested that I send up to date ID and sign a declaration of liability form which will allow me to play in Jackpotland.com. I agreed and was happy with that outcome.

By the end of the day I had submitted all the ID docs they required, plus I had also printed, signed and photographed their liability form and emailed back to them. I was told it would take 'up to 72 hours to process'. I thought this was quite long, but agreed to wait (so long as I was able to get back in and continue playing through my welcome bonus winnings which i had 7 days to do so).

Thursday evening - that's about 80 hours later, I rec'd an email saying that all my ID had been verified, but the Declaration of Liability form was no good as they had sent thew wrong one out and it related to 'casino.com' and not 'jackpot land.com'. I was disappointed with this as I had waited 80 hours to be told they had sent the wrong form and that I must print and sign the enclosed form instead. I got straight onto live support (who are good by the way) but they said is a security/management issue and they can't do anything about it themselves, but I should sign the new form and they will 'escalate' the matter for me.

So I sent the new form on Thursday afternoon and emailed a message saying can they make it happen under 72 hours this time as it was their error sending the wrong form, plus i only have 3 days left to play through my deposit. I rec'd an automated email saying i would take up to 72 hours. Arrrggh. I contact live support on Friday evening (30 hours later) and ask what's happening, Again they say they can't do anything but will try to 'escalate' the matter. Saturday midday - 48 hours later, still no reply, so I send an email. No reply.

I am writing this message Saturday evening - nearly another 72 hours again on top of the initial 80 hours and it seems that this casino do not want me to have my welcome bonus funds/winnings to play with and look likely to stall me until the 7 days are up and that £112 (approx amount) I have in my account will be forfeited as I was unable to play in the casino. Shoddy customer service would be a understatement - I am hoping that this complaint will kickstart a reply from 'security/management'.

Stalling big win payment for over a month now!

Hello, I am here because of suspicious behavior from Jackpotland casino, for last 3 weeks I get the same response and no answer to my questions about my withdraw. After hitting huge win over 20 000 € in January, they asked me for documents. That was on 26. January 2016. After few days, they told me that big withdraws need more time to process. Ok, I thought, nothing strange, but for last 3 weeks, everytime I asked them about withdraw I get same response like this one: " Thank you for contacting Jackpotland Casino regarding your withdrawal. As I have promised on chat, I am now following up with an email regarding your withdrawal. After contacting the Finance Department, I have received a response that the withdrawal is still under additional verification checks. As you are using Neteller, we need to further review with them, as the amount is exceptionally large. We are still in the process of that. We will keep you updated, and you can come on live chat or give us a call whenever you feel like, or need an update or advice. Refusing to pay citing on contradictory bonus terms

They are not paying because of confusing and contradictory terms. . In one terms it says 5 euro max, in others 10 euro max. I played slots with bets from 2 to 9. This is obvious trap, but I noticed my country name and allowed bet 10, so I played accordingly. Email I received: Thank you for contacting Jackpotland.com The term I explained is indeed in regards to the one you've stated, which is: " Players depositing from the UK, Romania and Croatia using the following payment methods cannot bet more than €10 in a single bet, spin or game round while completing wagering requirements, otherwise the bonus and winnings may be voided: E-wallets (e.g. Neteller, Skrill, Paypal), Prepaid Cards (e.g. PaysafeCard). " That rule, as advised earlier, applies for the cases where the 10% of the deposited amount exceeds €10 ( if you deposit €300 for example, 10% would be €30 ). To summarize, the rule sets an absolute cap of €10 limit for the players from these countries using the mentioned payment methods. The rule on slots for a maximum of €5 does not interfere with the above rule and the absolute maximum you can bet on slots, as stated in our terms and conditions is indeed €5. The colors In the lobby, the sound plays well out of my laptop and iPhone, to be honest nothing.

Avoid this casino at all costs its owned by the mansion group, sister sites are Casino.com and Slots Heaven and if you just search online for 30 seconds you will find consistent and frequent complaints of shady tactics by them, not paying our winnings, delaying and stalling tactics, along with frightening terms and conditions around the payout procedure of progressive jackpot pot wins paying the player over time and in increments, recommend this group of casinos to your enemy's and old school teachers.

Nice games, they seem normal enough and returns seem to be good.

Poor, poor, poor support for ID verification or anything by email. They will do everything they can to prevent you withdrawing. BIG delay tactics.

They have nice and fast support when you are losing money, they really wanna help you to deposit more funds.

When you are winning, you can play with that money on casino, but if you try to withdraw anything, you will never see that money.

So its actually lose - lose situation for everybody playing at Jackpotland.

Jackpotland Casino has attracted my attention because of the welcome bonus on the first deposit of 100% + 100 free spins but I'll write a bit more a little later about the Jackpotland Casino bonus offer.

Perhaps, the most important thing for me when choosing a casino where you could play is the speed of the cash-outs process. As on the casino website I did not found any information for the speed of the cash-outs process I decided to check out with the casino support. They have a live chat support which is pretty fast because I was waiting for a response most about 10 seconds. Their operator told me that the whole process may take up to 5 working days but that usually takes 1-2 working days. Five working days to wait for the eventual payment is really too long period of time and therefore, at the end of this review Jackpotland will get one star less from me.

The bonus offer is pretty good. When it comes to the offer for new players it consists of even 4 bonuses on your first 4 deposit in the casino. My attention was attracted by the bonus on the first deposit. It is about a bonus of 100% + 100 free spins on Starburst. But you get, if you take this bonus, only 20 free spins after the deposit. The remaining 80 you will receive later i.e. by 20 every day when you log in. Now, when I found this rule that you will not get all the 100 free spins at once, this offer does not seem so attractive to me. The wagering requirements are acceptable 40 x bonus for each bonus of the welcome offer as well as for the free spins. The choice of games that you have here consists of games of two software provider: Netent and Microgaming.

All in all, although I have made an account here, after all I give up on the intention to play here. The Jackpotland Casino will get the least positive rating from me and that is 6 out of 10 possible stars.

I've been a member at Jackpotland casino a few months now. I remember I was interested in them because they had Microgaming and Netent games along with a very nice first welcome bonus. The offer was a match bonus with 200 free spins on Spinata Grande slot, but the spins would be given as 20 spins a day, for 10 days in a row, I noticed that now they have lowered the offer to 100 free spins and changed the game to Starburst. But that is still good, getting free spins a few days.

I really liked the lobby look and prior to depositing there, I had conversation with their live support. I have had many talks with them and have never been disappointed with the help I got. I had no luck with my deposit, I remember I played only Twin Spin slot, but at the end I lost. I came back every day to play my free spins and one of those times I managed actually to win and withdrew 20€. I got them in a few days to ewallet.

After that I didn't make any other deposit, so I was quite happy to see an email from them that they had added 10€ bonus to my account with 40x rollover as a Christmas present. Although the wager was a little high, it was generous from them as I wasn't a regular depositor. I played Immortal Romance with it, had a few ups and got balance up to 20€, but then the game seemed to become colder and colder and I lost most of my balance. With a couple of euros left I went to Starburst slot, hoping to rebuild my balance a bit, but that didn't work out and I lost all.

Overall I have had only pleasant experience at Jackpotland casino. They have really good selection of games, live support is friendly and professional, the withdrawal I asked for, had no complications, so I have no reason to doubt their trust. I see that now for second deposit they offer 100% match, that is a good offer so I might take that. Recommend!

Jackpotland is a casino I saw several months ago, so seeing that they have Microgamng and Netent software games, of course I was interested in seeing what they have to offer. As for myself I always enjoy some free spins or chip so I could try some newly added casino, but since there was no free promo from this casino I decided to open account there, make my first deposit there and try my luck.

As a first time deposit or all their welcome bonuses for newly registered players, they were offering, actually they still run the same promo. The first deposit is 100% match which I consider as a average one,with 100 free spins on Starburst video slot, so it might sound as a good offer, but back then when I took their first welcome bonus I got 100 free spins on Spinata Grande game. So the thing I didn't like is the fact that the free spins it couldn't be used right away, but they were split in 10 days, which must be used in the same day if not they will be forfeit.

The wagering of the 100% welcome bonus was X 35 the bonus but even the free spins were with a bit higher wagering ofX 40 so my first impression wasn't so good about their bonuses. When I wanted to start playing I choose to play Flowers slot, but as I recall they didn't have that game, but now they added many games from Netent so I guess they are on good way to become solid casino and more attractive to all players on line.
