Not a single thing besides the selection of games. It's awful. Wouldn't recommend to a enemy.
I deposited £20 from a MasterCard, wagered enough, withdrew some and when I tried to withdraw the rest after winning more I got an email saying my account was not enabled. I had to send through copies of identification which is kind of reasonable. I was told it would take 24-48 hours. I did this on the Thursday and when I checked back with them on Friday I was told the accounts team don't work weekends so it would be enabled on the Monday. Monday came and I got in touch again as I'd had no feedback and I was told that the accounts team would review my documents and my account would be enabled the next day. Then came Tuesday so I got in touch again as there as still no progress. I was told then by a robot using copy and paste responses that I would have to wait a further 24-48 hours for them to review my account and activate it. This wasn't mentioned beforehand. I was then told at the earliest I could expect my account to be back up and running by Wednesday. Which is WAY over the 24-48 hours I was told I would need to wait in the first place. On top of all that I got an email saying that withdrawals to MasterCard DONT work but I can't change to another card details unless I make another deposit!
Which I can't do until my account is enabled and then it will take, according to the robot, at least 4 days before its processes. I'm sure I am among many who have been treated this shockingly. Also, when I tried to log in today it came up saying they were doing maintenance on the site which is fair enough but it said it will be done by around 11:00... Then 14:00.. And it's been saying it'll be back shortly for almost an hour. This casino is an absolute disgrace!
